Perform a variety of repetitive and semi-repetitive, meticulous assembly operations where methods and sequence of assembly are provided from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets as well as other written or verbal assembly instructions.
Understand and follow all procedures and Good Manufacturing practices including those that outline safety, housekeeping, cleanliness, equipment calibration, component and material labeling, and assembly/process specifications
Maintain all manufacturing and quality records; accurately and legibly record required information
Inspection of work completed by other team members as well as work completed by prior work center
May operate automatic or semi-automatic assembly equipment
Participate as a member of the Quality/Process work center team to ensure the highest quality product is assembled on time to meet with customer's specification
Perform other related tasks as assigned or required
Follow instructions/directions from Group Leader and Team Leader
- Graduated from high school, or passed GED/HiSET
Previous medical device assembly experience at Medtronic
