Hours: In order to maximize the number of classes scheduled, teachers are recommended to be available for at least 15 time slots per week (each time slot is 30 minutes) during Beijing peak times. The following hours tend to be the most requested time periods from our families: Monday-Sunday 6-10pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am-10pm in Beijing time.
Payment: Our teachers are paid according to the number of classes finished. The minimum service fee rate range is US$ 14-$18/hour. There are incentives for every lesson, so a typical service fee ranges between US$ 14-22/hour. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The essential job functions include design, modification, fabrication, installation, documentation and testing support of Government assets. Mechanical Engineer will also be required to oversee all MIL-STD-810 testing. The engineer will be instrumental in designing test fixtures and executing tests with customer to include thermal and vibration testing of large items. Must have working knowledge of Solidworks and Autocad.
GENERAL DUTIES: Job functions include design, modification, fabrication, installation, Testing and documentation of mechanical systems and facilities while directing and supervising projects requiring comprehension of a complete or complex group of mechanical equipment. Applies a practical knowledge of engineering principles in solving problems requiring the application of standard engineering techniques and practices; participates in conferences for planning, coordinating and resolving problems associate with task assignments. May be assigned a moderately sized engineering task or a number of smaller tasks. Works independently and may report to a section manager or engineering manager.
OTHER DUTIES: Additional duties may be assigned to support contract/mission support requirements in job-related areas.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A BS degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, plus a minimum of three years’ experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Secret security clearance. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Supports E-OMS operational objectives. Provide knowledge and experience in development of System Security Management Plans, Program Protection Plans, Security Risk Analyses, OPSEC Plans, Computer Certification and Accreditation, Security Vulnerability and Countermeasures Analyses, Security Concepts of Operations, and other system security engineering-related documents identified in MIL-STD 1785, DoDI 5000.02, Air Force Sup 1, and DoDI 8510.01.
Provide knowledge and experience in acquisition program security management in the performance of the following security functions: Database/Classified Holdings; Audits; Database/Visitors; Classified Information; System Security Classification Guide (SSCG) Compliance; Security Protection; Security Training; Personnel Security Program; Communication Security; and FMS Support.
