Attention to detail; ensure all paperwork and computer data have been completed accurately.
Examine aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality requirements, workmanship standards, and interpretation of manufacturing plans.
Determine if discrepancies exist by obtaining information from multiple sources (e.g., drawings, BAC specifications, shop traveler).
Perform complex layouts on forgings, castings, parts or assemblies in order to establish reference points and to check dimensions.
Read and interpret engineering drawings. Capable of visualizing a three-dimensional shape from a two-dimensional view, converting left-hand to right-hand views and understanding symbols, flag notes, general notes.
Firm understanding of ANSI Y14.5
Use mathematics including practical math, geometry and trigonometry.
Use various types of precision measuring tools.
Effectively communicate verbal information such as tie-ins and job related information.
Work with others as part of a team which includes giving and receiving feedback, assisting others in completion of tasks; possess interpersonal, listening, and participation skills.
At least 5 years of Quality experience in the Aerospace industry.preferred
At least 5 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering, machine and/or tooling drawings.
At least 5 years of experience visualizing three-dimensional shapes from a two-dimensional view, converting left-hand to right-hand views and understanding drawing symbols, flag notes, general notes and geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
Experience working with and interpreting data from 3-D metrology systems
At least 5 years of experience using precision measuring tools, surface plate equipment, hardness and eddy current equipment to determine product acceptance based on drawing and specification requirements.
Experienced in documenting nonconformance findings defining as is condition to specified requirements.
Experienced with completing first article inspection requirements per AS9102.

Practice department's good manufacturing and housekeeping procedures and complete cleaning verification checklists as required.
Adhere to plant/Corporate policies/procedures, department safety and environmental regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO 13485 Standards.
Report any unusual circumstances to immediate supervisor and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Report any machine malfunction to designated individual for course of action and recommend equipment modifications to achieve improved operation. Monitor machine efficiencies and report to designated individual any machines not performing to standard.

To ensure parts/order fulfillment for a specific order are consistent with customer requirements before they are sent to shipping.
Specific duties include:
Conduct X,Y,Z measurements
Conduct visual cosmetic inspection
Conduct part count verification
Inspect completed order for packaging accuracy
Inspect completed orders for fulfillment accuracy
Enter process information into computer
Identify quality issues relating to manufacturing processes and order fulfillment
Interface with shift supervisor and/ or quality control staff regarding order quantities and part quality
Coordinate corrective action as necessary with department supervisor and co-workers

Ski Patrol is responsible for performing guest service functions such as accident handling, administering first aid, trail maintenance, promoting and creating a safe environment for guests and employees, mountain sweeps, lift evacuation and explosives handling.
Supervising and promoting guest safety on varied terrain in high altitude, with varying winter weather conditions
Assisting injured guests on the mountain and administering first aid
Transporting injured guests off the mountain using a toboggan or supporting air lift operations
Performing sweeps at the end of the day to ensure that all guests are safely off the mountain
Maintaining trails, such as removing trees that have fallen on runs utilizing a chainsaw or other equipment
Transporting and setting up mountain safety equipment
Transporting supplies and heavy equipment to areas of need, on skis or snowboard
Avalanche control including safely transporting and placing explosives on the mountain and stabilizing snowpack and cornice edges on skis
Driving snowmobiles to various areas of the mountain, as needed
Qualified candidates must first pass the patrol ski test and then will be invited to attend the three day hiring academy.
