Develops piping and instrument drawings working closely with the instrumentation department

Develops operating manuals
Participates in startup and performance testing
Maintains effective communication with project team members and with the customer
Writes and presents technical papers at International Conferences
Participates in the preparation of proposals together with associated man-hour estimates
Initiates, directs and participates in R&D activities
Recognized Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Master's degree in engineering or technical field from an accredited college or University required + 10-15 years of experience in the phosphate industry required
Extensive experience in process engineering of phosphate related chemical plants is required
Experience in debottlenecking and optimization of Phosphoric Acid Plants required
Specific background in design of Phosphoric Acid Plant unit processes preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Recognized as a subject matter expert
Experience with pilot plants required
English speaking required, French, Spanish and or Arabic preferred

Carpenter - Precast Concrete And Acid Washers/Sand Blasters
We recruit for the concrete and construction industries and currently have a need for candidates with carpentry experience. Experience working in a manufactured concrete or precast facility would be a plus. We need a candidate with mold building skills.
We are also seeking candidates with acid washing and sand blasting experience.
These positions will be located in Kentucky and Massachusetts with relocation assistance and full benefits.
Acid Blast Operator
Grit Blast (using manual Grit Blasting machines), clean, and/or chemically remove coating and/or plasma spray form components
Visually inspect parts for signs of acid effectiveness
Maintain supply of materials on hand
Perform preventative maintenance as needed
Complete OJT program, or successfully complete related Vo-tech training (e.g. precision tools, process controls)
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
Ensure all environment, health and safety rules, requirements and procedures are adhered to
Maintain solution levels and mix solutions in tanks as required

Are you our next Area Supervisor? This position oversees the safe and environmentally sound day-to-day production activities to support the continuous operations of the facility. What will you do?
Lead, mentor and develop a team of operators in their current roles and hold accountable to achieve short-term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage and comply with established policies and procedures, appropriately delegating tasks to assigned team.
Possess department-specific understanding of process and equipment, articulate how a process works, and be able to team and coach assigned team.
Act as the operational lead for unscheduled downtimes, incorporating a logical approach to root cause identification using available data (PI, OIS).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned Comply with all Department of Transportation requirements including but not limited to licensing, vehicle inspection, and hours of service. Inspects the truck as required at the start of each workday, completing the Driver Check-off Sheet which indicates that all systems are functioning properly. Drives truck to location for unloading in a safe manner Backs truck under batching or loading hopper to receive concrete.
Climbs the ladder, approximately 10-12 feet, on the mixer truck to view the load of concrete for consistency and amount, to inspect the drum for cleanliness. Adjusts the trailer axle pressure depending on the weight of the load. Follows written and verbal instructions to include city street maps and has the ability to complete necessary paperwork.
Maneuvers the truck up to deliver concrete to the point of delivery. Assembles concrete chute(s) weighing 35-50 pounds each. Moves hand and foot controls and understands and follows hand signals while operating the truck.
Cleans truck after loading and after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck. Sprays surfaces of truck with acid compound to clean truck and drum in accordance with company standards. Reads, understands and complies with the Safety Manual and Employee Manual.
Understands that attendance and punctuality are required each day of work.
