POSITION SUMMARY Grifols Inc., a global multi-billion dollar healthcare company, is seeking to hire a Supervisor of Accounts Payable within the North America Finance Shared Service Center (“FSSC”) organization based in Los Angeles, CA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1.
Responsible for managing the workload for a large team of AP Specialists and troubleshooting escalations for invoice matters. 2. Will work closely with other teams within AP and internal groups to ensure compliance with Financial policies. 3. Support the Manager of AP Operations by ensuring the team is aligned with Company goals and are meeting performance targets.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities, including, training, motivating and developing high caliber personnel. 4. Monitor invoices in queue and exceptions to identify performance and/or system issues. 5. Ensure invoice payments are processed and paid within agreed terms and will follow-up with vendors or internal stakeholders if additional information is necessary, including intercompany invoices. 6.
Monitor and aid in troubleshooting invoices pending in queue to ensure SLA’s are met. 7. Review the periodic AP Aging reports to prevent invoices on hold from aging beyond payment due dates. 8. Responsible for ensuring team verifies the authenticity of new vendors in accordance with company policy. 9.
Provide timely supporting documentation for accounts payable and journal postings as required for federal, state and other tax authorities. 10. Serve as a liaison to the Customer Service Team by troubleshooting escalations according to SLA’s. The SBTP is provided in addition to the agency s rehabilitative strategy and involves a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, impulse control and self-regulation strategies and evidence-based case management and treatment strategies that seek to hold the youth accountable. Public safety, victim protection and reparation for victims are paramount and are integrated into the expectations, policies, procedures and practices of the program. Responsibilities include supervising, planning, and assigning the work of licensed sex offender treatment providers responsible for providing treatment services directly to youth assigned to a TJJD state-operated high security correctional facility and coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating program activities at the assigned facility.
Treatment services and activities include assessment, supplemental psychosexual education classes, short-term treatment, pre- and post-treatment services, and intensive residential treatment. No later than two years after employment, this position becomes responsible as needed for the clinical development of unlicensed treatment providers working toward primary mental health licensure and certification as a licensed sex offender treatment provider. Work involves working in partnership with other clinical supervisors to establish program goals and objectives; develop schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals; develop program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations.
