We are currently looking for Brand Ambassadors to join our innovative, growing company. This activation is an in-field program where teams will promote a national big-box retailer's on-line home grocery ordering/pickup service in the retailer. Brand Ambassadors will excite, entertain and inform shoppers of everything our client has to offer.

The Brand Ambassador will:
Enthusiastically represent Mosaic and our client
Educate and inform shoppers about the everything our client has to offer
Engage shoppers and share key messages about our client's & sponsor's products to create a "buzz" to gain attention
Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for shoppers
Work with local vendors and public service officers to give the shoppers a fun event-filled experience
Provide detailed feedback on shopper interactions and comments
Present a professional appearance
Wear specifically required apparel
Attend in-depth and comprehensive brand/product training
Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert
Set up & Breakdown event equipment
Must be available on specific event days
Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
Existing knowledge and experience with large big box stores is a plus
Previous promotional experience is required. Large scale event experience is preferred
Extremely outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with shoppers
Strong communication skills
Dependable and reliable
Must be able to commit 100% to specific event days

Reset activities could include removing items from the shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures, and displays, reorganizing the products according to the planogram provided, replacing shelf tags, filling new products, and retrieving additional stock when necessary.

Asset Protection Specialist
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.
Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. They must demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.
These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental. The Customer Service/Sales position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
Merchandising Execution Associates:All Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) perform in-store merchandising service activities such as merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display/signage maintenance designed to enhance the customer experience. MEAs execute merchandising strategies and ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales.
MEAs work in teams, with on-site supervision and provide service to multiple departments in the store. Their focus is on general bay service, projects and product resets while always keeping safety, accuracy and efficiency at the forefront. MEAs build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, No Weekends

Day Team Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs)spend approximately 80% of their time conducting general bay service or maintenance, ensuring that the products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the customer the best possible shopping experience. Typically, 20% of their time is spent executing special projects designed to improve how products are displayed to the customer and to our suppliers needs.
Typical schedule is Monday
- Friday and typically service a single store location.
Full Time and Part Time positions
Night Team Merchandising Execution Associate(MEAs)spend approximately 80% of their time executing specific projects that introduce new items and conducting category resets to enhance the customer experience. Typically, 20% of their time is spent building displays and fixtures while utilizing basic hand tools in addition to refreshing display material/signage/brochures.
Some general bay maintenance will occasionally be required. Night MEAs may be on a traveling team typically service multiple stores typically within a 30-mile radius. Mileage reimbursement is available for travel positions and must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
Typical schedule is Monday- Thursday, 10 hour shifts

Merchandising Services Specialists:
Merchandising Services Specialists are responsible for implementing company standards for appearance and arrangement and ordering of merchandise. Plans and coordinates merchandise flow-through. Essential Job Function:
Shift Leader is responsible for supervision of store operations and personnel in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. The Shift Leader will ensure company policies and procedures are followed; while delivering a high level of customer service, store safety and appearance.

Pick Up & Delivery Driver
Old Dominion Freight Line is currently recruiting for a Local Pickup & Delivery Driver or City Driver. Our P & D Driver will successfully operate various tractor-trailer combinations between company terminals and customer facilities or work sites within the terminal's geographic service area. Truck drivers also sort, handle, load, and/or unload freight at various companies and customer locations.P & D Drivers are critical members of our OD Family; they help to accurately deliver and pick up our customer's freight. Operate vehicle safely within DOT regulations that govern safe driving, hours of service, inspection, maintenance, and transportation of hazardous materials.
