Role Summary:The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer will have a comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. Strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.
As the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer you will:
Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX-CAM or other software. This could include multi-axis milling, turning, grinding and/or EDM

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with 3 years of experience in CNC machining or Apprentice Graduate in a machining related program with 3 years of experience in CNC machining or 5 years of experience in CNC programming
Minimum of 3 years of experience with graphical based CAM software creating 3 and 4-axis CNC programs
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Machine Tool Technology
3 years of experience creating 5-axis CNC programs using a CAM (preferably NX) system
Experience using Vericut or other CNC verification/machine simulation software
Demonstrated proficiency programming multiple types of CNC machines
Demonstrated proficiency programming CNC Machines with NX-CAM
Knowledge of machining high temperature alloys used in gas turbines
Minimum of 1 year of experience with high-level machine tool controls including sub-routine(macro), probing and variable based programming, also CLM (closed loop machining)
Knowledge of post-processor development and debugging, preferably UG Post Builder
Self-motivated and self-driven proven project leadership

This person will report to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager and direct/plan numerical control programs to produce valve bodies and components from engineering drawings.
Responsible for writing of new and maintenance of existing programs.
Investigates new cost reduction developments and applications for N/C operation (e.g. tools, methods, CAM)
Directs the preparation of N/C and CAM documentation for use by NC Programming manufacturing personnel.
Coordinates N/C and CAM methods and design criteria with other manufacturing and Engineering personnel. Meets with Manufacturing and Manufacturing engineering management to resolve N/C related production problems.
Manages the maintenance of N/C and CAM files and computer based data systems, including shop floor Direct Numerical Control (DNC) system.
Provides shop support for continuing N/C machine operations.
Evaluates engineering drawings to determine parts and tooling which can be economically and efficiently produced by N/C operations.
Determines the cutting tool path, speeds and feeds, and methods to be used on N/C machine tool.
Maintains and revises programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Prepares programs, including "Master Family of Parts" programs, for N/C machines through computer equipment.
Develops and prepares N/C documentation for use by machine operators.
Assists machine operators in tool and tape proofing.
Maintains tape library and related records.
Writes and/or revises programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Investigates new tooling/methods.
Must have effective communication skills with ability to interact across platforms with internal/external stakeholders

This position is responsible for the machining and finishing of aluminum die castings to Shiloh's quality standards by following established procedures and work instructions and for safely operating high tech machining and finishing equipment. Lamp Machine Operator 2Nd Shift
Under supervision of the Warehouse Manager, you will assist in the receiving, distribution and control of inventory and general maintenance of the warehouse operation in a Maintenance Management Systems environment according to standard warehouse operating procedures. This is generally a second shift position with some flex time included in order to service the client better. Overtime will vary according to volume of incoming material.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
One-year experience in warehouse environment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules or standard operating procedures.
Ability to perform basic mathematics
Previous experience in waste recycling is helpful, but not necessary.
Mechanical aptitude is beneficial
Must be forklift certified or acquire certification.

These positions are for the new Arthrex manufacturing facility in Sandy Springs, SC. They are for skilled CNC Machine Operators with four (4) or more years of combined CNC experience/training.
The desired candidates will be experienced with the setup, operation and troubleshooting of CNC mills and/or CNC Swiss lathes.
To produce superior products following Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. machining processes and procedures; to troubleshoot and repair equipment when machines are not working properly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives work orders and verifies that the components are correct
Receives material and loads on bar feeder; adjusts bar feeder for proper size of material and performs a dry run without material; verifies material against work order for correct lot number
Performs first PC inspection when set-up is completed
Adjusts tools or dies to meet blueprint specifications
Downloads programs to the machine, dry run machine with no material and all tools in place
Performs first cut-off
Ability to make tool off-set
Returns all axis to the home position
Monitors screen pages and machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media; verifies the correct program in the machine is running
Uses various types of measuring instruments
Replaces tooling at the machine
Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments
Confirms that inspection process is kept at AQLS C=0. Example: check parts every 30 minutes
Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data
Stops machine to change settings, offsets and setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications using precision measuring instruments
Recommends process improvements with supervisor or programming personnel to resolve problems
Ensures work area, machine, tooling and parts are cleaned regularly and free from excess oil deposits
Demonstrates ability to streamline processes to increase productivity and quality; production and prototype jobs are set up consistently, timely and accurately
Installs and adjusts collects with proper pressure
Cleans and assembles all collect assemblies, removes or replaces fixture, collects and tools. Inspects old collects and guide brushes
Verifies correct tools against tool sheet and program; sets up any type of tool in the pre-setter and/or machine
Identifies root cause of problems without supervision
Solves the problems whenever it is applicable
Suggest/Recommend process improvements
Shows exceptional teamwork

Very good communication skills
Knowledge and skills on areas where the training is going to be performed, be at least a set-up person
