Serves as an expert in Bundle Payment methodologiesto the PHSO and Adventist Health Systems. In partnership with other PHSO teams,this role will support stakeholders in the planning, design, and execution of ServiceLine Bundles and ensures effective support of the Florida, Multi State Divisionand AHS policies.
Specific job duties include:
Leads the service line bundle payment teams on datainterpretation, opportunity analysis, and action plans for areas identifiedwithin the bundled payment methodology
Responsible for statistical and mathematical interpretationof claims data and cost opportunities within the bundles service line models
Responsible for review of service line bundle processes andidentification of process improvement opportunities
Responsible for onsite observations to identify currentprocesses and opportunities by using Lean /Six Sigma methodologies
Responsible for the evaluation of cost and processopportunities and the development of individualized action plans and followthrough
Supports the development of competitively priced bundles,cost analysis, processes for flow of funds for providers and facilities inpartnership with corporate, market and PHSO Finance.
Partner with the care transformation teams to establish theneed for service line bundles, establish and operationalize processes, reducecost and improved the patient experience.
Develop solutions based upon statistical techniques, datamining, and direct observations to evaluate processes and performance and makesuggestions for improvement.
Support the PHSO Bundle Payment Service line through theapplication of robust performance improvement approaches including but notlimited to Lean/Six Sigma to support and enhance bundle performance
Prepares and analyzes and presents reports andrecommendations to the Executive Director of Service Line Bundles regarding thebundle program, services, reimbursement and other applicable areas of interest toprovide concise and accurate information that aids in decision-making.
Participates as a subject-matter expert and may lead orfacilitate task forces and teams to support or enhance bundle performance

Bundle Clinical Coordinator
This RN provides assessment, screening and ongoing review of the clinical course for all patients identified as appropriate for, and agreeing to participate in employers to hospital risk based contracts. Works with patient's PCP, attending physician and patient, along with the interdisciplinary team, and initiates a plan to develop, manage and evaluate integrated patient delivery systems.
Utilizes clinical experiences and expertise in conjunction with the managed care environment in collaborating on clinical interventions and addressing resource utilization issues. Experience with ASME Pressure Vessel Code, TEMA and/or API is a definite plus.

Under the direction of the Assembly Shop Foreman, the mechanic assembles bundles and components used in shell and tube heat exchangers, dismantles old exchangers and /or bundles for retubing and/or repair, and test bundles and exchangers to determine suitability for use.
Plans layout of baffles.
Cuts baffles using proper equipment.
Assembles tie rods and spacers on the bundle skeleton.
Hangs the stationary tube sheets, poke tubes into baffle assembly.
Rolls tubes placed into tube sheets and baffles.
Install bundle into shell if required.
Performs hydrostatic testing of assembled units.
Loads completed units onto flatbed trucks.
Makes tube hole ID records, hydrotest results and dimensional records of exchangers.
Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner, avoiding all unsafe practices.
Performs internal quality control by applying acceptable boilermaker standards.
Sets up and performs jobs based on shop practices and procedures.

Setup and operate the machine in a consistent manner as instructed. In conjunction with this, the operator has theresponsibility to maintain the procedures with regard to operation of themachine unless a change is approved and properly recorded.

Maintain a clean work area.
The operator or helper picks up bundle from the 28"high conveyor and places it on the pallet per stacking procedure to a maximumheight of 65". Pallet is 5"off floor, and weighs about 50 pounds.
Operatoris responsible for the quality of the product with regard to properpolyethylene widths, sealing, packaging, labeling, and stacking.
Assurethat pallet loads are accurately counted and entered onto the productionreport, and the pallet is properly tagged to include card number, count perpallet, board number, die number, product size, stock number, bundle count, operator'sname, date, shift, and helper's name.
Operatethe machine in a safe manner.
Supply film area must be kept clean of cardboard,plastic, and empty pallets.
Clean work station top with Pledge or equal.
Conveyer rollers must be kept clean of plastic buildup.
Completely clean work area before leaving.
Check Safety switches at the start of the shift.
Blow off machine area.
Keep wax on the table top.
Wear proper back supports when lifting and stacking asneeded.
Beresponsible for all equipment and tools assigned to the machine and notify theforeman of any additional tools or equipment that would add to the efficiencyand safety of the operator.
Analyzeand correct production problems as they occur and ask the foreman forassistance when needed.

Complete skid flags and packaging slips to ensure accurate tracking. Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher. May occasionally operate automated equipment and/or industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification codes, basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and familiarity with the storage areas in order to be able to place or pull paper stock, signatures and materials in accordance with standard procedures. Able to feed, stock, move, jog, arrange, unload and rotate items on/off bindery and/or finishing equipment in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a bindery operator or supervisor.
Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.
