Runs various machines within the Office Products area, including but not limited to: stick pen machine, tape machine, envelope machine and screen printing machines.
Various machine operations, setup and adjustment. Will require basic mechanical skills.
Daily entry of production records into Production Form.
Shop cleanup and material organization as needed.
Preparation and deployment of monthly cycle counts.
Packaging, data coding, substitute for key personnel in these areas if absent.
Rework or cleanup of product if required.
Other misc. duties as assigned by the dept. supervisor.
Operate printing machine, printing pen barrels for stock, production orders, and custom work.
Maintain and run any and all machines in shop.

POL - Aircraft Servicer

Other Duties include:
Receiving bulk and packaged POL products from government supply or contract delivery.

Refuels and defuels aircraft and support equipment.
Prepares for and accompanies inspectors on all inspections.
Shall maintain records of Aqua Glo test and Millipore tests.
Conducts training and maintains and updates files on hazardous waste.
Tracks and accounts for all material safety data sheets, and a hazardous waste minimization plan.
Maintain accumulation logs and storage area.
Containerizing, labeling, and transporting hazardous waste to the appropriate turn in areas.
Attend all post environmental action meetings and any training required by Dugway Proving Ground.
Hazardous waste SOP for Michael Army Airfield.
Must possess at a minimum or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire, a Utah Class "B" Commercial Driver's License.
Must have or be able to obtain the 40 hour HAZWOPER Certification, IAW 29 CFR 1910.120 (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response), within 90 days of hire.
Additional duties may be required as needed.
Education and Experience:
Specialized training in providing ground services for aircraft. Experienced in fueling aircraft, directing ground traffic, securing aircraft in parking position, and other aircraft support. Experienced in the operation of aviation ground support equipment.
Generally this environment consists of an airfield, hangar, can involve inside or outside work depending on task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including hot and cold climates. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. Hazards on job or unusual environmental consist of those typical of an airfield / active runway environment. Office is located on site in Government spaces at: Dugway Proving Ground, UT.
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen.
Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
Equipment and Machines
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required. Equipment and supplies typical of an airfield environment to include: sweeper, fuel truck, lavatory truck, stair truck and tow truck.
Airfield hours will be between Monday-Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Individual shift will be determined upon hire. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings.
Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements. Overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed.

Completes daily work orders; repairs any leaks in the meter box and dips or pumps water out of the meter boxes; replaces curb stops and coupling; digs meter boxes and raises them up if the box has settled.
Carries out the City's Customer Service Plan.
Assists in maintaining good communication between staff, visitors and other business contacts.
Must follow all rules of telephone courtesy in all telephone communications.
Will be required to drive a City vehicle for City business use.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is to assist non-delinquent customers by courteously answering and addressing issues in an effort to satisfy our customer's needs. The CSS receives inbound customer calls to professionally assist customers with billing discrepancies, payoff and statement inquiries as well as negotiate future payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform airfield checks
Inspects runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking areas for potential foreign
object damage (FOD) and police of same
Operate vehicular mounted and portable two-way radios to coordinate with Air Traffic Control tower and Airfield Base Operations concerning air traffic information
Refuel/defuel at various locations on Redstone Arsenal
Ensure aircraft is secured, positions the tanker, ensures aircraft and truck are properly grounded and conducts aircraft refueling operations
Maintain refueling area and facilities in a high state of cleanliness and safety. Inspect bulk fuel storage area and fuel truck parking area daily for spillage, leaks and foreign objects
Perform work involved in the operation of fuel distribution and refueling system that are to operate pumps and valves in the RAAF fuel pits
Test fuel according to DoD standards
Must maintain a neat appearance and exercise customer relation skills that reinforce good order and discipline recognized on any military installation.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
Must possess a valid state driver’s license in order to obtain a US Government issued and airfield driver’s license.
Must have a minimum of 2 years flight line, ground handling, or FAA equivalent with required certifications
Must meet all training, qualifications, and certification requirements (Federal, DoD, State, and local) in performance of the job duties
Experience performing aircraft servicer duties, including transient alert services and refuel/defuel services REQUIRED.
HS diploma REQUIRED
