The Large Animal Hospital at the University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is recruiting for a part-time OPS Vet Assistant to assist the Large Animal Hospital Client Services staff in their work coordinating the daily activity of animals admitted to and discharged from the Large Animal Hospital. This is a part-time position that will be responsible for assisting in the loading and unloading of patients (mostly horses) as well as providing clerical support services, such as scanning medical records and printing off schedules and patient care documents. Additionally, the successful candidate will be comfortable working with an electronic medical records system and computer software.
