Responsible for the overall finished packaging and appearance of our product to the customer. Participates in a team-based, cross-functional production environment to prepare data files, gather, and stage materials, operating collating equipment, and inspect printed products for quality. Load feeder with stock, tags, and duplicates. Gather and transfer finished product from conveyor to designated areas.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Continuous standing for length of the shift, fine hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis up to 70lbs. on occasion. Regular stooping and bending. Hearning protection is required.
Inspect finished print products for quality to include damage documents, double tags, duplicates, alignment, and name verification
Attention to detail
Gather and transfer finished product from conveyor to designated areas
Perform minor maintenance functions such as cleaning print sensors, cleaning belts, inspecting hoses for leaks, and inspecting for worn parts

Implement the Production Fulfillment Process steps related to the fabrication of parts according to work order and customer requirements using various fabrication equipment.
Essential Job Functions
Operate and set up various fabrication equipment:
Set up tooling, adjust speeds/feeds, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal equipment performance
Ability to understand programming in order to adjust parameters and offsets to meet first piece inspection requirements
Manufacture parts according to customer orders per instructions written on Work Orders and blue prints
