Supervise and direct the actions of the Seal Coat Crew.
Assure that maintenance is performed on all company equipment.
Make sure all safety procedures are followed.
Perform quality control measures.
Coordinate all Seal Coat functions.

We are looking for skilled CDL Driver/Laborer for our Crack Seal Seal Coat division who can perform a variety of tasks to include physical labor on private and commercial level construction projects. · Must maintain a clean jobsite; pick up tools and equipment and secure jobsites each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.

· Must be able to load and unload trucks and haul/hoist materials.

Paving Machine Operator(s): rollers, power broom, and skid steer loaders, and any other paving equipment
Tack Drivers, Low-boy Drivers, Dump Truck Drivers w/ CDL-A tanker and hazmat endorsements and Asphalt Paving experience
The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties:
Cleaning excess asphalt off of paver;
Must be able to perform manual labor, including but not limited to:
Luting and tamping, Flagging traffic;
Set up and maintenance of erosion control;
Loading and unloading of materials;
Shoveling dirt, gravel, and asphalt;
General clean up around job site;
Checking and maintaining grade stakes;
Set up and maintenance of all traffic control aids;
Maintenance of all equipment and tools.
Must be energetic and a team player
