The Service Agent cleans vehicles inside and out (vehicles may be cleaned by hand or by operating washing equipment). The Service Agent also performs regular maintenance (non-mechanical services), moves vehicles, and performs other duties assigned by the manager, all completed in a safe and timely manner.
This role will report daily to our Oil City Branch is located on 178 Regina Dr, Cranberry, PA 16319
The Service Agent is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars on the lot. This includes vacuuming and prepping the cars, shuttling cars to and from car washes and dealerships for servicing, car transports to and from offices, checking fluid levels, and changing tires.
Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment
Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body, by hand
Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
May be responsible for maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies
May assist with local automobile deliveries
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Must have 6 months of prior work experience.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years
No drug, alcohol related offense (DUI or DWI) on record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be willing to accept a starting wage of $9.00 per hour. This is not negotiable
Must be able to work one of the the following schedule: (20-25 hours)

Summer Spot Site Floating Instructor - The Spot Program (6-8Th Grade)- 5 Days A Week 7:00Am-10:30Am
3.5 hours/day; 5 days/week
Staff hours may be slightly adjusted after the program starts based on student attendance.
Program Dates: June 8 - August 22, 2018, with prior summer planning and meeting dates to be determined.

Develop ongoing program. Gather input from parents, staff, and children to use in planning.

Promote effective use of time, materials and sets standard for student accountability.
In cooperation with Program Manager and other site staff, maintain the continual well-being of the students in the program. This includes individual student conferences as needed with parents and staff.
Facilitate and implement a written plan of program activities on a weekly basis.
Engage in all student's activities; leads small group activities.
Greet the parents and the children.
Work with and support all children in the program.
Maintain an attractive and functional room environment; includes bulletin boards, lockers/closets, supervising clean-up time. Assist in the planning and purchasing of supplies and equipment.
Attend all staff meetings, in-service workshops, and Community Education sponsored events.
Keep student related/program related records, such as attendance, programs, schedules, and others as determined by the Program Manager.
Be knowledgeable of the overall mission of the district and the policies and procedures of the individual program.
Must meet requirements of State of Minnesota School Age Childcare Program Standards.
Must have 2,080 hours experience working with children ages 12-15.
Must have knowledge of and be able to plan and lead activities in the summer core theme areas including health, fitness, and life skills.
Must be able to implement program wide initiatives in the areas of health and fitness.
Must have knowledge in and able to lead some of the content areas such as music, health, science, social skill building, and fitness in an enrichment setting.
Must be energetic, have strong organizational skills, be confident, patient, sensative, understanding and able to work with middle school students.
Must be a team player and able to communicate with all ages.
Must work with all children.
Must believe in the mission of District 279 and have a desire to build on the strengths of the district.
Must have 12 credit hours in the child development area and 2080 hours of direct experience planning and engaging with students. Four year bachelor degree in related field is a plus.

Responsible for providing a welcoming, fun and safe environment for our young guests that visit the Tot Spot.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly, welcoming and safe environment which includes greeting and acknowledging all guests (parent/guardian as well as children), maintaining outstanding standards, solid service knowledge, and all other aspects of guest service
Ensures all visitors are properly registered by a parent/guardian
Maintains security by properly following check in/out guidelines with all Tot Spot visitors as well as all parents/guardians
Actively engages in and supervises appropriate activities (i.e., coloring, playing games, working on craft projects, reading, etc.) with all children during their visit
Actively participates in store events or related community functions that promote the Tot Spot
Assists in decorating the Tot Spot area and planning simple craft projects to coordinate with holidays and/or in-store events
Routinely cleans and sanitizes all toys and the Tot Spot per company defined standards
Maintains up to date coloring sheets, activities, and toys
Utilizes downtime to promote the Tot Spot through announcements, engaging with guests, distributing stickers or coloring sheets to children, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned
Ensure all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm
