Our Customer Success Group teams are hiring for the following roles:
We are looking for a highly effective (Senior-) Solution / Functional Architects (SA) to join the Salesforce Services Team that helps customers successfully transform on the Salesforce platform. The (Senior-) Solution Architect will have responsibility for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending his/her expertise to the delivery of world class Salesforce implementations and building the necessary and valuable relationships both internally and externally.
The (Senior-) Solution Architect is generally the most experienced application expert on the project team. The (Senior-) Solution Architect will hold end-to-end functional responsibilities as it relates to the analysis, design, built, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options, providing industry best practices, formulating and presenting solution options to various levels of management, influencing and directing decisions that result in optimal client success, overseeing the production of deliverables, and establishing trusted advisor status with Business and Technology stakeholders. The (Senior-) Solution Architect can communicate effectively to various stakeholders in the forms of architectural diagrams, functional capabilities, business process efficiencies, and business value realization.
Handle C- level relationships/expectations and building strong relationships with all key stakeholders and team members
Understand and present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Core Cloud architecture and integration capabilities
Establish Trusted Advisor status with Business and Technology stakeholders
Lead consultative engagements with clients on their process, business and technical challenges
Ensure sustainable, scalable, best practice solutions to meet and exceed customer needs
Develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the solution design to include discussion documents and other project artifacts
Where required hands-on application configuration/customization to meet client needs
Establish domain/industry vertical expertise and broad application expertise
Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery. Provide feedback to Engagement Managers and Executive Sponsors when necessary.
Submit billable time for projects, and attain or exceed personal billable utilization targets
Collaborate with salesforce.com-certified service partners, product management, R&D, and extended project team for all engagements
Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations including the Salesforce product set
Where required, support deep-dive pre-sales activity to position successful delivery of the Salesforce solutions
Travel regularly with average of 50% but may be higher as client engagements require
Bachelors Degree (minimum) required
5+ years relevant consulting experience for the SA and 10+ years for the Senior SA position
Experience collaborating on a strategic delivery team
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn new things and to adapt to new situations
Keen ability to quickly understand customer's processes and connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the application

Extensive experience contributing as a direct resource, and managing others on enterprise software deployments

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Engagement delivery – Assist the Consultant and other project team members inmanaging project logistics, timelines and deliverables; building client-readypresentations; and presenting information to senior client leadership (bothover the phone and in person)
Data analysis– Collect, manage, and analyze data collected from client surveys, assessmentsand diagnostics; rigorously test ideas using a variety of qualitative andquantitative methods; compile findings into reports and summaries for theengagement team
Product support / new product development
- Work with CEB's product, new product development teamsand client partners to test engagement design and make appropriate changes indelivery structure and deliverables based on data and feedback from existingclients and early adopters
- Team support– Other tasks such as coordinating meetings and teleconferences, preparing dataand summaries for the team and managing member requests
A successful candidate will possess:
2.1minimum or equivalent in any undergraduate discipline
Provenexperience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm preferred
Experienceusing SPSS or Microsoft Excel to conduct statistical analysis
Highproficiency in distilling data into consumable insight for client leaders
Strongproject management and time management skills
Excellentverbal communication skills and strong writing skills
Abilityto build strong relationships with senior client and internal executives andpresent information and insight in a compelling way
Interestin testing and contributing ideas to new product launches
Abilityto work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task athand
Languagecapabilities an advantage (e.g. French, Spanish).

The 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Programme is dedicated to providing you with the required practical training and experience in order to become a licenced engineer. During the first phase (12 months), the programme combines a range of theoretical and practical elements which will develop your skills as an engineer for a successful career in our Engineering department. You will gain valuable experience in a live aircraft environment on our fleet of 360+ Boeing 737 NG aircraft. At the end of the 12 months, you will be in a position to apply for your Category A Licence. On successful completion of the first 12 months, you will spend time gaining line maintenance experience in one of our 80+ bases throughout Europe and base maintenance experience in one of Ryanair's Heavy Maintenance facilities. At the end of the second phase of the program, you will be in a position to apply for your B1 or B2 licence and will be offered a Type Course to achieve your full B Licence.
Passed all Basic B1 and/or B2 Modules from a Part 147 Approved School
Hold full Basic Training Certificate from Part 147 Approved School
Hold an approved CEFR B1 Standard certificate or equivalent (European Students Only)
Full clean EU Driving Licence
Be able to work and live in the UK.
Good Basic Hand skills

European Customer Care (ECC) provides customer support to Treasury Management clients of Wells Fargo Bank London Branch. This covers a range of urgent and non-urgent payment processing, including swift, faster payments, BACS, IACH, SEPA, standing orders and cheques. Communication channels are mainly email and phone but may include swift and online banking portal. Clients are generally the European affiliates of US corporates serviced by Wells Fargo Bank N.A. The team is structured into two groups, one focused on transaction processing for customers and the other on customer advisory. ECC primarily support Sales and Product stakeholders internally but co-ordinate their activities with other Operations and Risk functions in region and the US.
A role has arisen to manage the overall ECC team. Responsibilities include:
Lead the overall team and support / direct the transaction and customer advisory managers in their day-to-day management of people and processes
In collaboration with Sales, Product and US Customer Care teams execute the target operating model (already defined) for ECC
Enhance the ECC control framework to minimise operational risk
Monitor and refine KPIs to ensure productivity and customer service levels are maintained
Lead the ongoing partnership and support to internal stakeholders
Represent ECC on projects impacting the team
