JOB SUMMARY: The COS Team Leader position serves as the point person in each factory for all activities related to implementation and maintenance of the Carlisle Operating System. Develop further understanding of manufacturing methods by reviewing process flows, production schedules etc.
Establish management control systems for cost analysis and optimal budget planning.
Develop and implement work flow processes in order to increase productivity.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: + 5 years of Industrial Engineering related experience.

Education and/or Experience
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. 12-18 months of Operating Room experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, MS Outlook, and EMR applications.
Experience in EPIC preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Illinois RN license, BLS certification. Certification is area of specialty is preferred.
