Manager, Pharmacy Quality Performance
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Program Development and Market Intelligence, this position is responsible for organizing and driving our pharmacy performance initiatives which include industry quality measures and pay for performance programs. Conducts in-depth analysis and compiles internal and external data sources to assess progress, inform program outcomes and improve quality performance.
Serves as a subject matter expert and leads the broader provider network team in setting improvement goals and strategies. Takes ownership of quality outcomes and applies discretion and independent judgment in researching performance questions through inquiry and interactions with payers, program partners and customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Conducts in-depth analysis of pharmacy performance by gathering data from numerous internal and external sources, including payers and program partners including system utilization, as well as adherence data and other patient intervention data.
2.Frequently interacts directly with pharmacies to check understanding and to reveal real world barriers to success. Uses personal interactions to continuously refine customer interaction models that motivate and engage pharmacies to improve performance and inform our internal training and supporting materials.
3.Understands the payer environment and serves as the subject matter expert on pharmacy quality programs. Leads our community pharmacy program leaders in developing insights, strategies and motivations to help our community pharmacies to transform their business practices to improve performance as measured by CMS and other payers. Includes performance in MTM programs, payer offered pay for performance quality programs and the emerging performance initiatives.
4.Partners with internal teams on pay for performance programs and other payer quality initiatives and publishes regular reports with key learnings for internal teams and customers. Provides in depth research and analysis on quality performance, as needed, based on requests from customers and internal teams. Handles appropriate communication with pharmacies and internal AmerisourceBergen associates.
5.Interacts regularly with external contacts and program partners to resolve issues impacting the quality of data and content of the performance metrics, including payment models.
6.Communicates regularly with internal contacts investigate and resolve inquiries on pharmacy performance and utilization as well as provide training and support to internal contacts on performance improvement.
7.Leads communication processes with key stakeholders to identify performance opportunities and requirements for pharmacies to succeed and drive overall network outcomes. Communicate new revenue opportunities based on quality programs and develop new reports and analysis to provide interim communication on network and pharmacy performance
8.Partners with business and marketing team to create, produce, and deliver a range of promotional, educational, and informational presentations, and/or resource materials related to quality program performance and patient care initiatives available through the provider network.
9.Ensures the integrity and security of data is held to the highest standards and adheres to privacy policies and procedures that protect the privacy of and access to pharmacy data as well as protected health information in compliance with federal and state laws and our information privacy practices.
10. Performs related duties as assigned
Requires experience working with payer programs and pharmacy operations or alternatively in a business analytical role for healthcare providers or business. Pharmacy acumen and data analysis proficiency required.
Bachelor's degree preferred or broad training in fields such as business administration, pharmacy or healthcare operations, math, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent work experience. Normally requires four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Reviews and provides input to internal marketing and media personnel on responses to media requests, publications by media outlets, and ensures that information provided by external stakeholders is accurate and responses are timely to effectuate results at local, state, and federal levels.

Project Delivery Lead - B+P South

The Buildings and Places (B+P) Business Unit is seeking applicants for a Portfolio Delivery Lead (PDL). The PDL will report directly to the Director of Operations (DOO), and will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of project managers and projects in the B+P, growing the commercial acumen project delivery and project management capabilities of the teams, and acting as a project performance analyst supporting the DOO in project delivery, risk management, commercial terms evaluation, and budgeting and forecasting.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
Support the DOO in the day-to-day operation of the sub-business unit, including project delivery performance, pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting and budgeting, and performance reporting Provide interpretation of monthly performance figures to support the business line in overall sub-business unit management and the project managers to resolve project issues and improve project performance Direct, support and supervise project management staff to ensure timely, effective, and efficient performance of project managers' responsibilities Identify and help to close capability gaps among project management staff, providing valuable team management and talent development support to foster career growth and required skills of project managers In coordination with the practice disciplines, assign projects and pursuit efforts to project managers within the sub-BU Manage and review individual performance of project managers within the business line. Evaluate project management compliance with risk management policies and procedures and PM requirements including AECOM and Industry best practices. Review and approve proposal and project scopes, schedules, and budgets Assist in developing and reviewing proposal pricing to support sub-BU objectives and individual bid pricing strategies and support the client service/business development staff on key pursuits (e.g., evaluation of terms and conditions, commercial risk, and competitive advantage)
Promote risk management practice within the project management function and develop PM risk competencies, including a strong contractual understanding among project managers of how AECOM manages risk and contingencies Conduct regular project review meetings with project managers to monitor project-level performance, budget, schedule, risk, and quality management Drive consistent project management practices and project delivery procedures in alignment with AECOM PM requirements Lead and be accountable for the require monthly project management processes including EACs and project reviews Serve as a project manager for a sub-set of projects within the sub-BU, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk in compliance.

The Music Therapist performs as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team, the Music Therapist provides music therapy consultations and services to the patient and/or family in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care while following all hospice policies and procedures. Supports the business development activities of the organization. Music Therapists provide bereavement counseling to family members as identified.
Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy and/or Music Therapy.
Board Certified as a Music Therapist by the Certification Board for Music Therapy.*
Hospice and Palliative Care Music Therapist preferred.
Previous experience with terminally ill patients/families is highly desirable.
Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
