Oriental Rug Stretcher Job Description Sample
Screen Stretcher - 1St Shift - 5:30 Am To 2:00 Pm
A Screen Technician is responsible for the stretching, re-tensioning and preparation of all screens that are used for screen print production. This includes new and used screens that must be maintained according to GSP and industry standards. The Screen Technicians must maintain an inventory of all sizes of tensioned frames and assure that all screens are properly tagged with accurate tension information. The Screen Technician is responsible for the cleanliness of the stretching area and proper daily use and maintenance of all the screen preparation and stretching equipment . The Screen Technicians will also assist with training and coaching of others as required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain & inventory of frames
Stretch & tension torn screens and empty frames in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
Inventory & log all torn screens
Fill out Quality tags on every screen
Check tension on all screens coming out of reclaim
Retention all retentionable frames before coating
Log all screens that have been stretched or re-tensioned
Communicate technical issues or problems to SMR Shift Team Leader and or Screenprint Production Supervisor
Replenish all supplies used in the stretching area prior to the end of each shift
Complete daily & weekly paperwork as required
Maintain cleanliness of stretching area
Assist in other areas of SMR as required
Provide notification to the Screenprint Production Manager when non-inventory supplies need to be replenished (Estalan paint brushes and sanding disks)
SKILLS:

Schedule:
This is considered a flex full-time position. It is eligible for all full-time benefits and should average 30 plus hours a week. We have a period about 1 week we flex out and don't work a month and we have peak periods where we work a lot of overtime including weekends both Saturday and Sunday. The schedule is 5:30 am to 2:00 pm when we work 8 hr shifts and 5:00 am to 3 pm when we work longer shifts.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
Ability to communicate (read, speak, write) in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Available for weekend work shifts and overtime
Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Summary
The Sales Lead must demonstrate enthusiasm for HOM Furniture and the products we sell, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward all company goals, while overseeing the basic operations of departments within the showroom as assigned. The Sales Lead is a full functioning Sales Professional with the additional task of assisting the Sales Manager and Showroom Manager in the implementation of the sales plan and operation of the retail showroom. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the support of company standards, practice and maintain selling behaviors, adheres to behavioral requirements, creates a positive work climate, embraces education and development of self and sales consultants, measures success and provides feedback.

Oversee the completion of pricing for assigned department. Including new items, price revisions, and items from the X and D report.

The main responsibility of the Rug Porter is to maintain WORLD RUGS department's appearance. One would make sure to hang rugs on rug arms and flipping through rug piles, along with general maintenance of the department. This position also helps customers carry out purchased items and returned items. Candidate must accurately receive, send and transfer merchandise in a timely manner.

Description
Purpose:
The Center for Emergency Medicine; STAT MedEvac is currently hiring for regular full time Critical Care Ground Crew to support their Critical Care Ground Transport program. These positions will work regular full time variable hours.
The Critical Care Ground (CCG) EMT/Paramedic will work as part of the critical care ground team. The CCG EMT/Paramedic will follow PA DOH BLS, ALS and CCG guidelines; and will work as part of CCG team to care for critically ill and injured patients.
Responsibilities include daily maintenance and safe operation of the CCG transport vehicle. The CCG EMT/Paramedic will also be incorporating assessment, stabilization and intervention techniques consistent with standards and protocols approved by the Medical Director.
The CCG EMT/Paramedic fulfills education and experiential requirements as established by the Medical Director, and performs other duties as assigned. The CCG EMT/Paramedic Supports and upholds the mission, goals, and objectives, of the STAT MedEvac and UPMC system at all times.
Responsibilities:
Actively participates in the development and training of new staff.
Collaborates with PHRN and Paramedic to care for critically ill or injured patients in adherence with established protocols and standards of care; assessing online medical command or other resources when appropriate.
Collects and promptly processes demographic, medical necessity, and other necessary billing information.
Demonstrates skills, competencies, and judgment necessary to provide patient care in any environment; using educational resources that are required or made available.
Ensures patient and family confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Ensures safe operation of patient laden stretcher employing appropriate stretcher discipline at all times. Maintains safe loading, unloading, adjustment of head of stretcher, and stretcher movement.
Completes all official documentation in a timely manner such as payroll, expense reports, orientation forms, etc.
Adheres to rules for scheduling, including schedule requests, minimum time, and availability.
Ensures the safety of patients and all others. Utilizes appropriate safety channels to report safety concerns, and uses tools available to enhance a safe work environment.
Reflects a positive attitude to the customer in a high stress environment at all times, with a clear understanding of who the customer is. Demonstrates the ability to establish a rapport with customers; including the ability to create and sustain a positive relationship; regardless of circumstances, environment, or patient presentation.
Participates in scheduled and unscheduled outreach activities, representing the UPMC and STAT MedEvac system.
Maintains fitness for duty by adhering to all employee health requirements, including maximum weight, hearing conservation program, and required medical screenings.
Maintains and ensures adequate vehicle operation including proper fuel, fluid levels, lights, sirens, radio, cellular phone functioning. Works with Regional Medical Manager to ensure all mechanical deficiencies are corrected.
Participates constructively in the peer-review driven quality improvement program. Adheres to the current uniform policy.
Performs all assigned duties, including daily, weekly, monthly, or other duties assigned by the base site manager, including (but not limited to): Performs daily equipment check (vehicle, medications) Ensures crew is logged onto computer duty roster Participates in shift report from off going crew Equipment checks Maintains clean patient environment as well as crew quarters
Responds promptly and efficiently to all requests for service.
Reports injuries and completes the appropriate documentation, no matter how minor, to a supervisor in a timely manner.
Selects and uses personal protective equipment appropriate to the level of the anticipated hazard.
Reports for work well rested, and fit for duty. Adhering to the drug and alcohol policy at all times. including prescription and/or over the counter medicine use.
Responsible for the safe operation of the transport vehicle and ensures a safe environment for patient and other healthcare workers in and around CEM vehicles.
Qualifications
Required:
Reliable transportation and be willing to travel to any STAT MedEvac base site as assigned.
Must be able to successfully complete the prescribed orientation program, including classroom, clinical rotations, educational competencies, and on the job training.
Must work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities, and specialized equipment.
Preferred:
- Three (3) years clinical experience with a busy EMS system.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Pennsylvania Emergency Service Vehicle Operator (EMSVO) Valid and current passport

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
Driver's License
Emergency Medical Technician
Emergency Medical Technician or Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic
