Job Description Summary
Perform a wide range of duties to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products of the highest quality standards
Job Duties
Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints
Cut, bend, place, and tie steel rebar
Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
Place concrete in molds from pour bucket
Finish fresh concrete with trowel after placing in molds
Disassemble steel molds and remove hardened product following day
Mold/form building
Facility maintenance and housekeeping
Product yarding and truck loading
Other duties may be assigned as needed

Essential Duties
Follow set procedures for removing molds from machines, including but not limited to: Removal of water and hydraulic lines, removal of nozzles and heater blocks, unclamping/unfastening molds, hooking and hoisting molds from machine
Follow set procedures for installing molds into machines, including but not limited to: Connection of water and hydraulic lines, installation of nozzles and heater blocks, clamping/fastening molds
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of mold components and tools
Install and/or remove inserts for molds as scheduled
Assist in the teardown and repair/maintenance of the molds.
Assist in setting up workstations at machines
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Education/Certification
Forklift training and certification will be provided as necessary by the company
Crane training and certification will be provided as necessary by the company
Lockout/tag out training and authorization will be provided by the company
Experience
Previous experience changing molds in plastics and/or compression machines preferred
Some maintenance experience helpful (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical)

Job Description Summary

Ability to set string line for setting concrete forms
Posess a high level of attention to detail and quality
Ability to read tape measure and plans, sketches and blueprints
Knowledge and posession of power tools/hand tools but limited to sledge hammers, handsaws, skill saws and drills

Position Overview
The General Laborer is responsible for safely performing a variety of construction duties to assist the highway, utility, grade crews or at various on-site plant locations. This position involves various manual tasks. Work will be performed per the supervisor's instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Highway Laborer:
Prepares ground surfaces for the road building process. Removes debris out of the construction path.
Operates ground compactors, levels out and rakes dirt, sets string markers, and removes items within the area to be paved.
Sets up fencing, barricades, and/or safety cones to block off the work area as needed.
Prepares manhole covers, openings and water lines. May insert risers as needed.
Hand shovels and rakes to perform groundwork.
May cut concrete with saw as needed to finish grades.
Removes and replaces sewer/manhole/sump castings and covers in the ground.
Assists the Grader with grading tasks as needed.
Performs other laborer duties as required.
May operate equipment as needed if trained, including skidsteer and other equipment.
Other Duties:
1.Uses various equipment, hand and power tools.
Picks up and/or delivers construction materials at job site locations.
Maintain efficient operation of GPS and grade control equipment; i.e. lasers, eye levels, grade rods, etc..
Performs job site clean-up.
Assists with flagging and traffic control as needed.
Maintains all tools and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
Other duties as assigned per supervisor

Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze produced parts to identify defects or errors in tooling, machine or material during a last piece process.

Select, install and adjust dies using a variety of tools and equipment. Overhead crane usage is required.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the In Store Supervisor, an In Store Marketer approaches customers in the Sears full line store to generate quality leads from a homeowner that has an interest in a no cost, no obligation estimate on one of our home improvement products.
The In Store Marketer is the first contact with potential Sears Home Improvement Product customers and must maintain a high level of customer service as a 'Greeter' in the retail store environment. Must be courteous and professional at all times with Sears's customers and retail associates.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Maintain company established budgeted performance metrics, e.g. productivity, confirmation, hot calls and CLPH.
As defined in the Standard Operating Procedures and related training, ask appropriate questions to determine customer needs and interest in scheduling an appointment.
As defined in the Standard Operating Procedures and related training, respond appropriately (rebut) to soft objections or concerns from customer.
Must be committed to maintaining and meeting scheduling requirements established at time of hire or as agreed upon between supervisor and associate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to introduce yourself and greet each customer in a professional manner. Thank customers for shopping at Sears.
Maintain a positive mental attitude at all times and handle each customer (internal and external) in a polite, professional manner.
Maintain a general knowledge of Sears's retail store layout in order to direct customers to specific departments.
Direct customer complaints/concerns to appropriate parties.
Based on skill and ability, the In Store Marketer may be asked to assist in training new team members.
Report hours worked and lead information on a daily basis.
Call in leads to the Appointment Center at the end of each shift.
Fax time sheet and customer report at end of the shift on the last day worked for the week.
Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Home Solutions Advisor, (HSA) you will work in the AAFES at US AFB Academy. Your primary objective will be to approach our members and customers and provide them with the opportunity to schedule a no cost no obligation estimate in their home for any of the home improvement products of their choice. From time to time there will be opportunities to attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.
