Senior Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer
The (senior) instructional designer will conduct the planning, analysis, design, development, and deployment of self-paced compliance courses that are mandatory for over 50,000 teammates at DaVita. S/he will also develop specialized self-paced and instructor-led education, including communication plans, visual assets, and pre/post training activities.
The successful candidate will lead the design and development of compliance courses and communications that impact knowledge and behavior, translating complex concepts into digestible, actionable learning. He/she will be expected to develop relationships with both the compliance department and our compliance learners to identify gaps in knowledge and performance and recommend appropriate solutions. The successful candidate's contributions will be well-informed by the best practices and current research in the field of learning and development.
