Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
2.Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
3.Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.
4.Assists customers by:
- escorting them to the products they're looking for
- securing products that are out of reach
- loading or unloading heavy items
- making note of and passing along customer suggestions or requests
- performing other tasks in every way possible to enhance the shopping experience.
5.Answers the telephone promptly when called upon, and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call including taking customer orders.
6.Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
7.Wraps, weighs, and labels product.
8.Reviews the status and appearance of the food for freshness, then stocks cases or rotates product.
9.Finishes trims on steaks, roasts, and chops in preparing these retail cuts, including seafood for traying.
- Prepares and organizes seafood items for display.
- Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.
- Replenishes and organizes the coolers.
- Reports out-of-stock products to appropriate personnel.
- Trays, slices, tenderizes, and grinds product.
- Removes trash in a timely manner.
- Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
High School or equivalent experience, food safety training. Six months or less of similar or related work.
Must be physically able to exert up to 85 pounds of force (energy exerted) occasionally; exert up to 40 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), and field of vision.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
Must have the ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions; deal with a few concrete variables.
Ability to do simple addition and subtraction; copying figures, counting and recording.
Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.
This position is continually exposed to a cool environment and dampness. There is frequent noise from the saws, exposure to cleaning solvents, and possibility of electrical shock. This is a fast paced work environment.

This highly visible position is at our Iowa locations. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and local environmental, health, and safety programs at our Mason City and Oskaloosa, Iowa manufacturing locations. The Manager will ensure the completion of all environmental, safety and lean training programs for applicable employees. The position will oversee the accident protection and prevention program and recommend corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to applicable regulations and standards. This person provides leadership and coordinates improvement activities to achieve a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
Maintains a working knowledge of the environmental & safety regulations and standards.
Maintains and improves the environmental & safety programs for the facility.
Ensures that all environmental permits are maintained.
Ensures appropriate environmental and safety training is completed, relevant to the work environment, including new employees.
Provide leadership and direction for the Lean and Continuous Improvement team and activities within the sites for Site Manager as well as coaching and disciplined problem solving to develop a sustainable organizational capability in continuous improvement
Responsible for ensuring effective safety committees. Oversees the accurate and timely reporting of labor hours and injury/illness information
Provide hands-on training and coaching, as well as develop local coaches, in Lean tools and concepts including, but not limited to, VSM, standardized Work, PDCA/A3 problem solving, Kaizen event leadership and rapid cycle improvement, process analysis, process management, 6S, Lean office, Lean leadership, etc.
Oversees the coordination of Right to Know information for all employees.
Establishes the facilities first aid capabilities if appropriate or EMT service if remote.
Monitors the effectiveness of procedures for correcting hazardous conditions and work practices.
Initiate and drive best practices within the site; work across functions creating standardized processes, systems, and training materials
Develop site CI plans; manage the plan execution to achieve the strategic objectives
Works with department supervision to conduct accident investigations in a thorough and timely manner.
Assists the Human Resources department on workers' compensation claims management.
Conducts frequent plant safety inspections and observes workers for safe and unsafe behaviors.
Responsible for the implementation of the security program including the visitor management system.

What you'll need:
An experience level of 5-10 years working in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor degree in environmental science, health & safety, lean manufacturing or related course of study is preferred.

Operations Assistant Manager
Responsible for assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated and assigned by the Store Manager with main focus on the front-end and sales floor operations. Also assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates as delegated by the Store Manager

Position Title: Off-Shift Driver Manager
As a Driver Manager, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of drivers, developing relationships with drivers while processing messages, submitting load and customer information and ensuring drivers are aware of their daily schedule.

Tractor Trailer Technician
Position Title: Tractor Trailer Technician
Performs maintenance on tractors and trailers
1.Provide routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, tires, brakes, any trailer repairs, including electrical diagnosis and repairs, including ABS system.
2.Conducts preventative maintenance in order to maintain D.O.T. regulations and safety. Replace air chambers, wheel bearings, wheel seals, dollies, doors, door seals, patches roofs and needed repairs to trailer body, aligns axles as needed; and minor damage repair including some welding on aluminum and steel.
3.Maintains a clean and organized work area. Works in a safe and efficient manner. Follows all company safety policies.
4.Maintains organization of shop; follows proper shop procedures, assists other shop staff members with maintenance as needed; and performs various ground and property maintenance as needed.
5.Participates in departmental training involving updated repair procedures, safety awareness and equipment changes.
6.Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; One year of experience in the area of fleet maintenance or related field preferred; ability to read and write work orders, basic computer skills and possession of Roll Tool Chest and hand tools.
Abilty to lift 70 lbs. and apply 20 lbs. of force to pull, push or lift constantly.

Merchandiser in Ottumwa and Surrounding Area
The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.
Position Shift and Schedule
This is a full time permanent position working on the 1st shift (6:30 am start) typically five (5) shifts per week to include Saturday and Sunday. Days off will fall during the week. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
