GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sales Associate is vital to the success of Sunglass Hut and is an ambassador of The Sunglass Hut Experience. The Sales Associate spends time on the sales floor performing all functions relating to The Sunglass Hut Experience and store operations.

Shift Supervisor Management Trainee
Job Description:
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor Trainee performs work as directed in order to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and also learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. A Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for the development and management of customer relationships to ensure the customer’s needs for 1-4 family unit residences, investment property, construction, lot and bridge loans are met. Reviews loan documentation prior to closing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulation.

Job Description:
Responsible for assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated and assigned by the Store Manager with main focus on the front-end and sales floor operations. Also assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates as delegated by the Store Manager

InConjunction with the CBO Director/Assistant Director conducts staff meetings atregular intervals for informative and educational purposes.
Provides timely guidance and feedback to help othersstrengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solvea problem.
Assist with Month End reports consisting of MEP's and OOPAdjustment reports
FollowsBest Practice requirements and responsible for education of staff in regards tothese requirements.
AttendsCenters, regional and divisional meetings, as required.
Otherduties as assigned based on business operational needs.
Collaboratively assist other areas of the CBO
Adjustpersonal daily schedule to meet CBO needs in particular to month end or specialproject needs
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health CareAdministration and/or extensive relevant experience in lieu of degree.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum (5) years of experience in a medicaloffice setting highly preferred. (I.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital,doctors office) preferred.
Minimum of five years prior supervisory experience.
Demonstrates understanding of patient accountingprinciples in managing large volume accounts receivable and accounts payable ina health care related field.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
- BLS may be required as per facility standard.

Fundamentals
A high school education or equivalent experience, with one to two years of employment related experience is required. Working knowledge of housekeeping is expected.
Supervisory skills are required. You must be able to communicate effectively with staff, management and guests, and a second language may be required. The ability to operate a two-way radio, cleaning and general office equipment, including a computer, is expected. This position requires continuous movement and standing, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push or pull up to 35 pounds.
