Shift Schedule:
All shifts are 12 hours from 7pm - 7am. Scheduled to work every Wednesday and Thursday night, and every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
This is a pattern of 5 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off. Every other weekend is scheduled work time.
Pay: New hires are paid $18.75/hour (already includes night shift differential).
Position Summary:
Assist press operator to set up and operate the printing press and related equipment to meet all safety, quality and production standards. Act as a role model for safety and encourage fellow employees to work in a safe manner.

Lift 65 pounds every 5 to 10 minutes depending on line speed of the press. Removing completed rolls from rewind as needed.
Maintain press and all related equipment in a clean and orderly condition as required to meet quality, 5S, production standards and shift-end expectations. Assist operator in PM's of equipment.
Maintain press and all related equipment in a clean and orderly condition as required meeting SQF and MSS standards.
Visually inspect production (web, printed roll stock, roll formation) at rewind station while press is operating to assure quality standards for color, registration, patches, print and moisture levels are being maintained.
Operate press, if assigned to do so, including maintaining ink color, ink and glue viscosity and levels.
Conduct root cause analysis to aid Press operator in resolving problems.
Enter information into SAP computer system.
Check written descriptions of paper rolls and other raw materials to insure correct material supply at the unwind stands and prepare for splicing.
Maintain written production and inventory usage records.
Must be willing and able to work in a culture built around continuous improvement and change.

To ensure high quality care, and as a member of the care team, the patient representative supports quality patient- and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high level functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients/families. The patient representative will continually look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
Provide superior customer service, in person and on the phone to all customers
Schedule and maintains patient appointments.
Patient registration and check in process
Ensure appropriate communication utilizing appropriate systems for documentation.
As a member of the care team, continuously improve work processes, environment and the overall experience to serve customers and meet business goals
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma for GED
- One year previous healthcare and/or customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational/Technical Training
Two years scheduling patient appointments and/or registering patient information with knowledge of insurance in a practice management system or equivalent combinations of education and on year experience
Other Required Skills
Demonstrated focus on customer service/patient service with every interaction
Excellent public relations and communication skills
Ability to work as an effective team member to provide exceptional care
Good telephone and computer skills
Must be flexible to work various shifts and locations as required
Ability to use appropriate computer applications
Ability to work independently, demonstrate critical thinking skills and engage in ongoing process improvement
