Fuel the delivery truck as needed and report any problems or issues to supervisor

Maintain a clean appearance and work area
Work flexible hours for emergency deliveries, including weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it

The Challenge The Program Manager for the Leadership Wall Oven will lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement a multi-phase program to introduce new controls and features to our 27” and 30” single and double wall ovens as well as to our Advantimod and Convect-mod products. This exciting, fast-paced, AA-program is vitally important to the Cooking team and will enhance our competitive position in the marketplace. This role is located in LaFayette, GA with some travel required to our headquarters facility in Louisville, KY.
What you will Do
Lead an NPI “AA” Program and the cross-functional team to introduce new controls and features on all 27” and 30” wall oven platforms produced at the Roper facility including single and double wall ovens as well as the Avantimod and Convect-mod products.
Interface cross-functionally with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Management, Quality and Technology to successfully design and execute the program from concept to customer availability.
Lead the cross-functional team through the iNPI process and tollgates as well as present the program in conjunction with product management to the Executive Council as the program moves from Winning Definition to Concept Lockdown and on through Launch Readiness and Key Learnings.
Lead business communication during program reviews, NPI reviews or other requested program interactions with leadership. Lead team through all iNPI Reviews.
Identify, elevate and/or mitigate program risk items which could impact program delivery to product performance, product cost, program cost, factory readiness, regulatory or commercial requirements.
Develop and execute program schedules which incorporate design and development timeline from the supplier, certification and regulatory requirements, distribution timeline, and commercial and customer requirements.
Manage and own overall program I&E budget including providing spending projection estimates to the business leadership, approving expenditures, reconciliation of the budget, and mitigation of budget challenges.
Manage and own product cost and delivery items including the Parts Inventory Tracking System (PITS) and Bill of Material (BOM) rollup.
Present weekly pulsing updates to the Cooking business team highlighting program status to all deliverables and key risks.
Lead the NPI team through monthly Obeya walks to brief the cross-functional leadership team and drive key decisions throughout the program.
Utilize DFSS to ensure Consumer and Customer CTQs are met.
Drive DFR and CoQ efforts to ensure reliability and SCR requirements are met.
Facilitate lean principles and guidance to ensure the team develops product and process to maximize customer value and meet program targets.
Pursue continuous learning opportunities to improve Program Management skillsets Examples include: attending coaching sessions with Execution Leaders/NPI Process Leader.

We are seeking a Core Assembly Braze & Oven Operator to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly tasks as well as be responsible for operating a brazing oven used to braze metal components used in the production of heat transfer units.
- Operate a brazing oven used to create strong, leak-proof joints in the production of heat transfer units.
- Read and interpret blueprints and/or job orders to determine product specifications.
- Prepare units by inspecting, measuring, and adjusting and secure components. Accurately complete necessary oven logs before placing units in braze oven.

- Square, flatten, and measure all units after braze is completed.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position exhibits the ability to safely operate any of the mold or belt ovens in the Pre-Cooked Dept., producing egg patties, omelets and French toast, to equally high standards of efficiency as set forth by the department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to start production run of oven, achieve and maintain desired production levels on molded ovens.
Know how and when to set or adjust pre-heat temperatures, oven temperatures, and flow rates on molded ovens.
Know how to set fill parameters of hi-bar pumps and injectors and adjust as needed on molded ovens.
Replace O-rings and gaskets on pumps, change out fouled injector tips as needed, change pumps as needed.
Understanding of product recognition- need to develop knowledge of different products run on the oven and the specifications of those products, and when adjustments need to be made (for size, weight, color, and shape or “cupping”) and take corrective action as needed.
Understand use of steam in the cooking process and use of dampers for air control within the oven and how to adjust if needed.
Documentation - keep thorough and accurate record of production data as outlined on Operators check sheets and do Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) documentation.
Know and understand the basic operation of spiral freezers.
Work with Lead Person to learn corrective actions appropriate to oven and/or product.
Knowledge of transfers from oven to spiral, belt placement and speed adjustments.
Ability to communicate with Lead and/or Supervisor issues and concerns pertaining to operations.
Remove and document waste/shrink, and assist in the general good housekeeping of the area as needed.
Understand the responsibilities of line workers assigned to molded ovens, monitor their performance and make corrections if necessary.
