Constantly patrols all parts of all machinery and checks for quality defects on section and makes overhauls, repairs, or adjustments as needed.
Perform all “check lists” type duties on style changes, new warps and maintenance looms. Supervisor may assign assistance as deemed necessary.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on looms. Records all action on the proper forms, takes corrective action or makes recommendations for repair.
Inspect machine malfunction and woven cloth to locate problems, determine work to be done, repair, clean, adjust, lubricate, etc. as required to correct malfunction.
Repairs or replaces defective parts, adjusts tension and timing of parts using hand tools.
Levels and aligns parts to prevent excessive wear.
Assists the warp changer personnel on cleaning and start-up of looms at warp out.
Will perform routine cleaning duties.
Blow off designated looms once per shift to keep them free of dust, scrap, etc.
May be required to run a set of looms at times when we are short a weaver due to vacations, sickness, etc.
Assist weaver as needed in repairing stops and creeling fill yarn.
Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES: Mandatory – Must be able to read and write in manner indicated on application. Preferred – Weaving and good mechanical aptitude.

This also includes performing beam changes, changeovers, and assisting with machine set-up. The Fixer is an essential position in order to make certain machines are running and able to meet run time schedules and product ship dates. This includes breakdowns, bearings, chains, pumps, leaks, filters, etc. In addition, the position is responsible for productive and efficient operations as an Operator (as required) in the Knit/Coat/Glue department. The incumbent must learn all aspects of all product styles produced in assigned department and all machines in Knit, Coat, Glue. Safe operation of various machinery including but not limited to: forklift, mandrel puller, overhead crane, manual hand jack, and electric pallet jack.
Must maintain all TPMs for all machines
Must maintain all CIL documentation for all machines (i.e. clean, lube, oil, etc.)
Will be responsible for assisting with WCM boards and projects
Will be responsible for 5S projects, including housekeeping
Other duties, such as filter maintenance (Coater, Glueline, CG1) & inspecting and cleaning of ovens
Experience working on Coat/Glue lines preferred. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Perform overhaul of various Bell Helicopter components, from variety of different aircraft models, in a most professional manner.
- Aid in the determination of airworthiness of components

Overhaul Mechanic / II / Senior
This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the posted levels, depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise.
Purpose of Position The purpose of this position is to perform high-level skilled maintenance and repair activities in an operating plant/compressor station or storage facility, and conduct regular and timely mechanical overhauls to assure optimum availability, efficiency and safety. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Overhaul, repair, maintain and test operational equipment such as engines, compressors and ancillary and auxiliary equipment.
Maintain records for required state, federal and company procedures and participate in team administrative duties.
Utilize computer and e-mail for internal and external communication, record keeping, on-line reporting, material and supply ordering, and filing of various forms. Participate in and support the training of other team members and other functions, such as team budgeting, planning, performance management and decision-making. Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities, vehicles and surrounding work area.
