Responsibilities of the Job:

1-3 years previous customer service phone experience in a fast-paced environment
Detail Focused: Able to process customer requests efficiently and accurately

Liability Litigation Paralegal
Zurich is currently looking to add a Liability Litigation Paralegal for its Staff Legal organization in our Overland Park, KS office.
Under the supervision of an attorney, this role provides legal support such as legal and documentary research; drafting legal documents, correspondence and pleadings; maintaining and updating files; monitoring case schedules and filing deadlines; conducting interviews; summarizing depositions, medical records, and other discovery. Their work will be in support of moderate to complex Commercial Auto and General Liability litigation cases (e.g. case work, research, subpoenas, etc.). The selected candidate will support attorneys in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
- Associate's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Legal or Legal Support area
- Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Legal or Legal Support
Experience conducting electronic database research
Experience drafting legal documents, correspondence, and/or pleadings
Insurance industry experience preferred

The Financial Reporting Accountant performs accounting work for the financial reporting function in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.
