Weigh ingredients according to company formula and operate robotic mixing system. Produce high quality dough and finished product by maintaining standards of quality, efficiency, food safety and personal safety.

Ø Fill ingredient bins with ingredients that are to be scaled.
Ø Check formula and weigh ingredients accordingly.
Ø Dump measured ingredients into mixing system and ensure all bulk ingredients are dispensed.
Ø Maneuver mixing bowls within the mixing system if required.
Ø Run cleaning cycle when required.
Ø Make sensory observations of dough’s and inform management of potential quality issues.
Ø Write all formulation and processing information on dough records.
Ø Maintain the mixing time, dough temperature and dough sequence as per posted standards.
Ø Make manual adjustments to compensate for program malfunctions if that occurs.
Ø Keep up with the flow of production and ensure the line does not run out of dough.

Maintain an inventory on all inks. Audit receipts to assure inks have been received and were invoiced correctly.
Mix spot color inks as required. Reduce waste by recycling inventory to consume blends of ink that are no longer required.
Provide color match drawn downs as needed. Maintain a library of these draw downs.
Troubleshoot problems with inks on press using x-rite and Fastmatch software. Track these issues in a data base.
Conduct appropriate tests on new materials to establish an ink formula to be ran at time of order.
Responsible for the service of the X-Rite Spectrodensitometer, Densitometers, Spec Ink Dispenser and the Phantom QD Proofer. Equipment needing repair will be removed from service and sent out for repairs. Equipment service records will be maintained by this position.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Must be able to work in an organized and clean manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Office, Excel.
Knowledge of ink mixing, pre-press, printing processes.
Troubleshooting skills a plus.

Follow all GMP s and Food Safety policies. Take the parts of machine that is going to be set up. Start to put machine together (make sure that line has be pre-op). Put together pump that is going to be used.
Bring in containers from staging area (make sure to use a plastic pallet). Bring in Spice needed from staging area. Bring toppings that are going to be used from cooler (check date use old first). Set up label machine with label need it. Setup Date Coder.
Connect take of hummus that is going to be used and hook it to the pump. Start running check that the weight is according to the product that is on the schedule. Keep line running.
After production is done for the day clean area and return everything to the right place(cooler or staging area). Keep areas clean. Help in other areas as needed. Followed all published GMPs.
