Spray finish / Powder paint on automatic paint conveyor line. Loads cabinets, kits and components onto the automatic paint conveyor line to ensure optimum coverage of finish. Pulls parts according to request made by the assembly lines. Removes painted parts and delivers parts and kits to specified departments. Inspect parts for defects, touches up paint as required. Conducts paint tests for quality control. Cross train on other positions within the department as needed.
Follows paint production schedule to determine parts to load. Receives instructions on parts to be painted and fills paint hopper with specified powder as needed, matching paint number with part number. Checks spray gun adjustments such as air/paint mixture, pressure gauges, and fluid control. Adjusts paint line speed after completion of interior white paint. Conducts paint test on every color change for quality control, complete daily log and tags as needed. Adjusts paint line speed after completion of interior white paint. Coats parts with powder paint in the prescribed manner in accordance with the cosmetic acceptance criteria.
Inspect parts in the staging area to verify that the proper identification (part number, quantity, color and destination) is present. Utilizes different protective supplies to make certain all parts delivered to the assembly lines are free of any dings / dents, scratches, and scuff marks. Delivers painted parts and kits to specified department or stores in designated racks. Stages all nonconforming material in the appropriate nonconforming materials area. Completes appropriate internal control documents.
Reorders raw materials and finished parts using the Kanban inventory system. Maintains Supermarket racks and inventory accuracy using the correct part numbers and bin locations. Moves units or positions pieces manually or using work aids such as handtrucks or forklifts.
Hazards – Exposed to potential hazards including pinch points, fall hazards, chemical exposure and general safety issues associated with manufacturing. Works in hot, cold, dusty, elevated and noisy area.
Performs other duties, provides support and coverage on all operations on line as requested by supervisor. Cross training and flexibility required.
Performs all duties using required safety procedures and equipment according to company policies and practices within guidelines of ISO standards, quality, and safety. Maintains clean and organized work area that supports co-workers as well as safety and efficiency.

The Tender is assigned by the Diving Supervisor or designated diving person in charge. Performing sub-sea tasks and assisting the Diver when necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provides topside support for diving operations.
Perform maintenance and repair of topside equipment and DDC operations.
Perform topside and underwater rigging.
May be required to perform sub-sea tasks utilizing commercial diving equipment.
Knowledge of equipment uses, repairs, and maintenance is needed.
Assist the diver in dressing, entering and leaving the water, and undressing
Confirm that the diver's equipment is functioning properly and inform the diving supervisor that the diver is ready.
Prepare and support the dive until its completion.
Support any in-water decompression as required.
Tend the diver's umbilical (keeping at least one hand on the umbilical at all times) and be aware of the diver's depth and location at all times.
Set up and operate all equipment as directed by the diving supervisor, D/T or his or her representative.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on diving equipment.
Repair such equipment as he or she is qualified to check-out to repair.
Assist in topside work as required or directed.
Be alert for and immediately report conditions that may be hazardous or unsafe.
Maintain certification in first aid and CPR.
Properly operate a decompression chamber as required for decompression or treatment as directed.
Maintain communication with the chamber occupants.
Properly complete all paperwork as required by employer policy and/or governmental regulations.
Do not perform any other task while operating the chamber.
Perform tasks as a diver or standby diver when directed by the supervisor. A tender/diver who dives shall be subject to the duties and responsibilities of a diver within the limitations of his or her assignment.
When required, ride the chamber with the diver during decompression or treatment. This inside tender/diver must be familiar with and alert for the symptoms of oxygen toxicity.
Report to the diving supervisor any recent medical treatment or illness so that a proper determination can be made concerning fitness and/or ability to dive.
Immediately report all symptoms or suspected symptoms of DCS to the diving supervisor as early and accurately as possible.
Report to the diving supervisor any defect or malfunction of the diving equipment provided for the diving operation.
Maintain a commercial diver log book documenting all hyperbaric exposures.
Read, understand and comply with all employer's policies and applicable governmental regulations, as they relate to their qualifications or performance while engaging in diving operations.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Hold a commercial diving school certificate of graduation.
Entry-level with zero (0) to six months minimum experience.

This occupation requires the application of protective prime and finish coatings and/or mat finishes to parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies
made of plastic, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, using brush and spray-painting techniques and equipment.
Sets up, operates and maintains spray guns, pressure pots and oilier painting equipment.
Determines correct preparation of surfaces to be' coated, to insure proper adhesion of the paint; determines from specifications, blueprints or work orders the type and color of primes, paint, protective coatings and/or solution required.
Mixes and thins paint to proper consistency.
Applies protective prime and finish gloss coatings to interior and exterior of parts, subassemblies and assemblies, and works to close tolerances in the application of finished surface coats.
Locates, by use of customer specifications, blueprints and simple arithmetic, color break areas, decals and/or insignias and paints or mounts such items.
Performs difficult rework, final touchup, feathering, shading and blending by the use of spray gun and brush.
May perform such work incident to work described above, such as touchup, patching,masking, puttying, sanding, priming, sealing and surfacing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The Harrison Division started as a small die caster in the mid-1960's serving a variety of niche markets. Since then, we have become a recognized industry leader in thin-wall die castings while also serving more traditional die casting applications. Employees are required to maintain molten metal supply in the melt room and holding furnaces at the die cast machines safely and efficiently to support the production requirements and to assure the proper alloy is provided for the parts being cast.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Keep the holding furnaces on the die cast machines full of proper alloy of metal and at proper temperatures. This process, called hauling metal, must be done in a safe, efficient, and timely manner as to keep production running at all times while minimizing costly mistakes such as overfilling furnaces, overfilling ladles, spilling metal, letting furnaces run too low on metal, mixing alloys, etc.
Keep transfer (bull) ladles properly cleaned and heated.
Keep scrap hoppers emptied and identified.
Daily chipping, cleaning, fluxing, and skimming of breakdown furnaces. This also includes Striko Holding Furnaces.
Keep alloys separated. This applies to all metal including that which is stored, in any furnace, or in scrap form.
Cold clean and repair of breakdown furnaces. This includes jackhammering, cleaning, forming, ramming, casting, painting, etc.
Charge metal to breakdown furnaces in such a way as to keep them full of the proper alloy metal and at the proper temperatures. Metal is charged in form of sows, ingots, castings, and ingredients.
Routine and proper cleaning of all die cast holding furnaces.
On Striko Furnaces clean fill funnels and pouring spouts. Coat as needed.
Keep area around furnace clean.
Perform alloy changes in any furnace properly.
Run spectrometer including cleaning, profile, standardization, and routine analysis.
Properly handle all department paperwork including labor cards, production sheets, check sheets, metal hauling sheets, barcodes, audit logs, furnace cleaning sheets, scrap cards, flux/dross cards, etc.
Properly handle paperwork, sampling, and barcoding of all incoming metal/materials.
Daily inspection paperwork and safe driving of forklifts.
Keep all melt rooms and work areas clean as well as tools/supplies neat and organized and put in proper locations.
Work in a safe manner and report unsafe conditions/hazards immediately.
Wear required personal protective equipment.
Capable and willing to work overtime.
Participate in training programs deemed necessary by the company.
Perform other associated duties, functions, or work as needed or assigned to continue the productive operation of the company.

This is entry level semi skilled work in the raising and lowering of manually controlled drawbridges. Job duties involve the monitoring of boat and automobile traffic to ensure the safe clearance of marine vessels, the manual operation of various mechanical components of the drawbridge, and the recording of pertinent data regarding bridge operation and related radio transmissions.

Listens and watches for signals from boats to anticipate approaching marine traffic.

Completes required forms on a daily basis, recording data on the date and time of opening and closing the bridge; name and description of passing boats; date, time and subject of bridge to vessel radio communications; and a brief description of any problems encountered.

Prepare and coat sample pieces as required.
Ensure the proper movement of finished goods to shipping and receiving; cleaning and maintenance of spray equipment including a robot, paint system, filter media according to established work instructions.
Verify and ensure that all painting supplies are on hand and readily available.

Roll Tender (40903)
Load rolls of paper onto automatic splicing unit of web offset printing press. Inspect rolls of paper for blemishes or tears and cuts away damaged area with knife.
Roll paper into loading position on automatic splicer, insert shaft of automatic splicer through roll core, secure holding chucks of automatic splicer to shaft ends, and thread paper through press components to prepare press for printing. Apply adhesive strip to backup roll and insert backup roll onto automatic splicing unit of press to prepare paper for automatic splicing. Remove roll of leftover paper from press after automatic splicing.
May operate mechanical truck to transport rolls of paper to press area. May assist with some of the make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated such as hanging plates, examining plates, prepping and installing blankets, adjusting tension etc. May clean press and clean and install press components to maintain press in working order. May prepare and prepares and loads flat stock into a sheet fed press.
Requires general knowledge of offset presswork procedures and materials. Ability to read and follow job specifications to determine materials needed to run the job successfully.
Ability to make adjustments to auto splicer. Knowledge to load paper and prepare slice for continuous operation of the press. Knowledge of materials and requirements for press.
