Position Description: Bone & Joint is looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) who excels at assessing patients' and creating effective treatment plans. The Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) will be responsible for providing outpatient occupational therapy services for Bone & Joint Therapy in an ethical and professional manner. The Certified Hand Therapy services for Bone & Joint Therapy will be provided in accordance with the State of Wisconsin specific state guidelines. Hours are M-Thur 7a-6p; Fri 7a-5p with Saturday rotations; hours may vary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with state guidelines

Oversee the treatment provided by the OTA based on established POC

- Checking the Fleet for Water- Deck hands are required at each shift to inspect the fleet for water (average fleet size can range from 1-20 standard barges to 1-15 jumbo barges).
