This position has the primary responsibility of providing the full breadth of Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) counseling services to children of all ages of military service members and their families at military installations. These services may include non medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, consultation with parents, personnel at child daycare centers and schools, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues affecting children and youth. CYB counselors will be assigned to DoDEA schools and community schools and will need to have experience working in a school setting to qualify for school position.
CYB counselors will also be assigned to youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments. In support of the PMS 377/LHA program, the Shipyard Program Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Provide technical and administrative support to waterfront Navy shipbuilding QA and/or Test Teams.
Receive, log, and track QA call-outs from shipbuilder through completion.
Manage shipbuilder CDRL submissions for completeness and compliance.
Collect, assign, and track status of action items through completion and manage ship construction deficiencies/trial card data in Technical Support Management System (TSM).

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements
Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience OR high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Excellent communication, customer, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Navy shipbuilding/repair and the related industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work in a ship/shipyard environment.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance if required by the contract.
