Execute Lubrication PM’s efficiently and neatly. Use manufacturer manuals when needed. 2. Maintain lubricant storage area making sure the food grade and non-food grade lubricants are labeled and stored properly. 3.
Maintain lubrication equipment and cabinets in a neat and orderly manner. 4. Communicate lubrication and maintenance issues via email to the rest of the Maintenance Department. 5. Use SAP Maintenance Program for work orders and to enter parts used. 6.

This person should be able to work independently and collaboratively to build, deliver and maintain training to support our business objectives. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support achievement of annual sales training objectives for Pan American sales team
Participate in the revision, development and delivery of sales training for Pan American sales team, distribution partners and customers
Work with cross-functional resources (and outside consultants as needed) to develop, implement and maintain training content for instructor-led and/or online training modules.
Manage onboarding process compliance of new sales team members
Participate in the planning and attend district/regional/Pan American meetings
Ride with sales team members to maintain customer situational fluency
Support and participate in sales process, methodology and reinforcement program
Support ongoing use, maintenance and development of Salesforce CRM
Minimum Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences with a background in sales, marketing or training and development + 3 years’ experience training for sales, marketing or equivalent PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical device experience preferred
Skill in developing training programs and curriculum to meet individual and group objectives
Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to accomplish department goals
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word, Intermediate skills in Excel
Significant prior experience in sales training, clinical education, learning and development or field sales
Ability to lead, coach and facilitate small and large group discussions or workshops
Experience training medical device products strongly preferred
Knowledge of training principles and techniques; such as adult learning principles, instructional methodology, train the trainer, blended learning and e-learning + 4+ years proven sales experience in medical device industry
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and web enabled training portals
Experience in Solution Selling process and methodology
English is required, 2nd language is desirable WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequent travel up to 40% for meetings, conferences and training events
Redmond, WA location strongly preferred.
