Wiring/Control Panel Entry Level (Training Provided) - Millington, MD
To install and wire components that are required to monitor, operate, and control metal clad switchgear.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned):
Connects wiring between components according to the wiring print, specification sheet, and Bill of Material using hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, crimpers, etc.
Prevents on-the-job injuries by attending safety meetings, fork lift training, wearing safety glasses, shields, steel-toed shoes and harnesses, etc.; cleaning work area; and maintaining awareness of hazmat manuals, ISO Standards, and safety stations.
Crimps appropriate size and type of lugs to wire ends by using a hand crimping device.
Installs wiring, lugs, and assembles/installs components such as switches, heaters, and relays and other apparatus in a frame, panel or other structural support according to design specifications.
Lays out, routes, and ties wire to panels by using wiring bundles, bundle holders, clips, and bushings and other protectors with hand tools.
Positions, aligns, and adjusts wires and components to facilitate wiring and assembly of product.
Attach wire labels.
Drills, taps, reams, countersinks using drill presses and portable power drills.

A Carter Components Designer is responsible for designing plans for the production of trusses and/or wall panels. Ensures drawings are produced accurately and timely based off of blueprints provided by customers. Requires the knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within the construction industry. The Panel Care Coordinator functions as an intermediary between the Medical Team and the patient. In this capacity, the role is designed to provide first line support to electronic and telephonic queries. Wall Panel Designer
Transforms initial rough product designs using BIM (Revit), HSBCAD (AutoCAD Architectural) into working documents by creating highly detailed models. Produce detailed permitting, construction, and shop plans for floor and roof truss aspects of residential multifamily structures. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, materials, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Frequent trips to sites and or factory will be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Produces designs for floors and roof trusses. Provides layouts, performs engineering, and takeoff services using ability to understand blueprints and customer requirements for specific projects.
Co-ordinates with sales, estimating, production, engineering and the architects to achieve customer schedules and cost objectives.
Resolves architectural and structural design conflicts.
Ensures project files, engineering seals and records are properly maintained.
Understands loading conditions and utilizes design software packages.
Computes load and grade requirements and material stress factors to determine design specifications based on customer's structural design needs.
Ensures economical and proper use of materials per current inventory levels and material costs.
Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the capabilities of the factory equipment and produces highly cost effective and production friendly component designs.
Performs job site inspections and resolves customer service issues associated with the job.

Cirrus intermediate level composite technicians will have a minimum of one year experience in the field of composites "fiberglass" fabrication. An intermediate composite technician should have some ability to read, interpret and build from engineering and assembly drawings, process specifications and manufacturing process instructions.
Cirrus composite technicians will be trained into various manufacturing positions. Job duties can include multiple fabrication responsibilities including; hand fabrication of composite parts, tooling preparation and maintenance, cutting and trimming of various manufacturing materials, oven operation, and many more manufacturing processes.
A composite technician will have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast paced team environment, be dependable, have a passion for learning and possess attention to detail. All manufacturing employees must have a basic ability to use, or learn to use a computer to access Cirrus Aircraft electronic data & software.
Manual Dexterity: You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces. You must be quick and confident with your hands.
