Complete all Robotic resets, HMI resets, and other programs as applicable.
Meet and maintain daily production rates & goals as established and required by the company.
Utilize Lean concepts and provided tool tools in order to improve the production process.
Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors regarding pertinent shift information including but not limited to frequent faults on the automation line.
Reset line at conclusion of shift for next shift, or next day production activities.
Keep clean, organized, and safe work area.
Complete all company required training courses.
Read and follow standard work instructions.
Complete material and product quality inspection.
Complete tear down, repair, and troubleshooting activities for both the automation and manual assembly lines.
Demonstrate strong and appropriate leadership skills.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Essential Job Functions:
High School Diploma or GED.
(Preferred) Have 2+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electronics/electrical assembly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Installs molds in presses and makes all necessary hook-ups, settings and adjustments in accordance with the established process paperwork.
Cycles the machine after set-up to ensure proper operation. Runs parts, making any necessary final adjustments until a quality trim sample is produced.
Completes mold changes and obtains quality approved parts within the established guidelines.
Performs all tasks associated with making the necessary material changes for a new job, if needed.
Ensures all required secondary tooling is set-up at the machine and properly adjusted for each new job, if needed.
Cleans and polishes molds as needed.
Makes basic machine and mold repairs.
Performs basic maintenance functions as they relate to die sets.
Maintains required documentation on a daily basis.
Maintains housekeeping in designated work areas.
Experience and thorough familiarity with molding machines and associated equipment. Product knowledge and thorough understanding of the various molding processes. Understanding of quality standards. Ability to obtain a hi-lo license and crane license and operate a hi-lo and crane safely.

ONE70 Group is looking to hire an experienced Tile Setter to work on various job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with tile and other construction installation experience.
The areas of work will be in and across Upstate New York.
The tile setter will responsible for installing tile, marble, terrazzo panels, and glass in buildings and residences. They will also be responsible for applying tile to walls, ceilings, and floors for decorative purposes.
Apply tile or marble to ceilings and walls of buildings, including homes and businesses.
Install decorative concrete mixture in floor at schools, offices, and hospitals.
Measure and cut marble according to specifications.
Drill holes into the corners of marble sheet.
Insert fasteners into holes.
Create plaster mixture and apply to wall.
Press marble onto plaster mixture.
Squeeze special mix between slabs.
Smooth and finish mixture.
Clean off residue.
Remove damaged or destroyed tiles or marble.
Apply cement to walls, floors, and ceilings.
Set tile in place and push into cement.
Utilize tools such as hammers, chisels, trowels, putty knives, power grinders, and polishers.
Crack tiles to proper shape and size.
Apply base of mortar to floor.
Level mortar with straightedge.
Place metal strips in mortar.
Mix colored cement and marble chips to make the terrazzo.
Smooth mixture over mortar base.
Smooth and polish surface with machines.

This role also requires reading and understanding of inspection prints for first piece approval and part prints to make adjustment to equipment if needed, and submission of samples to Quality Control in a timely manner.

Set-up and operation of stamping presses
Reading and understanding inspection print for first piece approval and part print to make adjustments to equipment if needed

Set clamp, ejectors and pressures on molds

Set and remove molds
Troubleshoot mold problems on machines
2 -- 5 years experience in production/ primarily in the area of injection molding and/or structural foam
2 -- 5 years experience in mold set up is preferred
