The North Cone Agency Leader will manage the Facebook Agency partner relationship in several countries and will be responsible for accelerating and scaling sales throughout these channels.The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for the category. Responsibilities
Deliver aggressive sales growth throughout agency partners (top largest traditional and digital agencies in the region)
Play the lead role in developing the holistic local business of the agency partner channel in Mexico and Central America
Lead complex initiatives and deliver scalable agency partner development and org improvements
Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Teams, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our sales vertical efforts
Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of partner needs
Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Facebook to marketers in the Agency partner channel

Minimum Qualifications
15+ years agency, sales or marketing experience
BA/BS Degree preferred

Grader/Sorters are primarily responsible for grading and sorting incoming metal products according to factors such as appearance and quality to ensure correct processing and usage. Other responsibilities include general yard cleanup and other maintenance functions.
This is a physical job, so applicants must be able to frequently walk on uneven ground, handle and grasp materials, crouch, bend, reach, climb, twist, push, pull and lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity is needed for close detail work. To ensure safety everyone's safety at work, applicants must be able to hear and communicate by speech.

Grade and pack pre-finish hardwood flooring
Inspects and grades finished hardwood flooring on table, and/or moving belt, for defects such as knots, stains, decay, splits, faulty edges, pitch pockets, wormholes and defective milling.
Removes unsatisfactory pieces from conveyor or table and places pieces on stacks, in bins, or on carts for re-manufacturing.
Ensures all flooring graded meets standards developed by Columbia Flooring Company or NOFMA, unless otherwise directed by superintendent or management.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
One to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified to operate all size graders in a safe and productive manner
Must be able to recognize and repair road maintenance issues as needed
Ability to meet the required road maintenance standards
Ability and willingness to adapt to all new grading techniques and practices
Must be self-motivated to prioritize and perform daily task with or without direct supervision
Inspects equipment for possible repair and safety check prior to beginning each shift and at the end of each shift

Knowledge of additional heavy equipment operations a plus (Dozer, haul truck, backhoe)
Ability to work in inclement weather
Able to perform shift work
Able to sit for over 90% of the shift
Able to constantly use good eye/hand/foot coordination
