We are seeking an employee to work as a Machine Operator 4 in our Booneville facility's Paper Clip Production Line. This position is responsible for ensuring that all daily production activities in the production areas are effectively and expeditiously carried out by them and the team they lead. Directly supervises employees in the Production departments. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. We are hiring for all 3 shifts.
This position offers competitive pay. Employees that work on 2nd and 3rd shift are also paid a shift differential. Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority
Performs start-up and shutdown procedures for production line.
Reviews orders from a defined specification sheet or receives instructions from Supervisor to ensure that materials and specifications are correct.
Coordination of production activities in the plant to satisfy performance to schedule requirements.
Ensure all safety rules and regulations are strictly enforced and all general housekeeping practices are observed.
Assume full responsibilities for maintaining highest quality of all items produced or packaged.
Communicate with production manager, production supervisor, buyer/planner and lead persons from other shifts to ensure priorities of scheduled items are running according to the plan.
Ensure readiness of equipment and that set ups are ready and run when necessary including shift start up.
Responsible for operator and set up training on their shift.
Assist the production supervisor and/or production manager in resolution of teammate issues.
Exercise responsibility for special projects as assigned.
Performs other related duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to read and comprehend simple English instructions, written correspondence and memos and have the ability to write simple correspondence to include reports of production.
Possess basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to load raw materials, and use a chain hoist, tape measure, hand tools, shear, knives, heat shoe, bar sealer, razor blades and chopper and to perform the job functions safely.
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and to stand, stoop, bend, reach.
Working Conditions: Time is spent on the factory floor in a factory environment. Personal safety equipment could include safety glasses, hearing protection, and possibly safety shoes. Building is temperature controlled but would be exposed to heat, cold, humidity, machine noises, and is in the proximity of moving machine parts.

Set up, operate, or tend paper good machines that perform a variety of functions, such as rewinding, folding, printing, gluing, wrapping, boxing, or stacking of paper goods. Assistant Operators and Operators are also responsible for complying with the Lean Initiatives and following Standard Work Practices.

Measure, space, and set all types of blades, anvils, and slitters, and printing plates/sleeves according to product specifications.
Place rolls of paper in machine back stands and safely thread paper through unwind, press section, embossers, slitting rolls, folding rolls, rewinder area, bag machine, etc.
Fill glue reservoirs.
Disassemble machines to maintain, repair, or replace broken or worn parts, using hand or power tools.
Able to run, troubleshoot, grade change all equipment i.e. unwind, press, bag machine, roll wrappers, case packers, bundlers, case stackers, folders, rewinder, etc
Able to meet daily production standards specific to each product.
Able to meet all quality standards to include completing the quality checklist.
Able to accurately complete the daily production report including down-time recording.
Able to enter into computer all required information as needed for each product.

Must have previous CNC machine operating experience where you had to program or enter job specs into a computer terminal!
Starting Pay Rate: Up to $14/hour Depending on experience
Third shift works Sunday-Thursday 7:30pm to 6am; Friday 6pm to 11pm (48 to 53 hours/week).
- MUST have woodworking experience.

Paper manufacturing warehouse making cups and lids are looking for general labor employees. Positions range from packing, stacking, loading, machine operating and forklift driving.
Working in a loud and fast paced work environment. Production is running at all hours. All 3 shifts available. 1st shift 8am-4pm, 2nd shift 4pm-12am, and 3rd shift 12am-8am.
You do need to be available to work 4 hours before your shift and 4 hours after your shift due to overtime. They do tell you ahead of time when you are working, working OT, and have the days off. Days off are rotating so you never get the same days off every week.
We have temporary and temp to hire positions available. If you are needing something for a few months, we do have the temp positions, if you are looking for more long term, we do temp to hire.
Packing: Lid Packing- packing lids as they come down from the conveyor into plastic sleeves into boxes. Cup Packing- packing pre-packaged cups into boxes.
Stacking: Boxes of cups and lids come down conveyors, stacking to a certain height
Loading: Loading blanks of paper onto belts of machinery that help make the product.
Machine Operating: changing blades, making measurements, operating and leveling, slitting product, changing rolls.
Forklift Driving: Operating sit down forklift, moving palettes of boxes of products. Loading and unloading.
Working hours: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM
For general labor positions, recent and verifiable work experience in warehouse, general labor, fast food, retail, packing house, ect....
For machine operating positions, at least 6 months recent machine operating experience, computer literate, LOTO and troubleshooting.
For forklift positions, recent at least 1 year sit down forklift.
