Reliability Engineers must interact effectively with all the levels of the organization – from maintenance craftsmen and operators through mill and corporate management. They work closely with operating and maintenance leaders to eliminate chronic problems and to support high priority area objectives. Excellent communication skills are a necessity. Reliability engineering assignments have a true impact on the performance of the mill and offer a challenging and rewarding career.
A Reliability Engineer will be accountable for:

The opportunity: The Production Supervisor for the Paper Department has primary responsibility for managing the safety, reliability, cost, quality, productivity, and employee engagement in a goal-oriented environment.
