Tender Project Lead I
Plans, manages, and executes the entire Product Line Tender development process, including (but not limited to) development of concept/strategy, mobilization of Product Line Tender Execution team, preparation of tender documentation/risk/schedule/cost, tender consolidation, cost reporting, pre-bid/post-bid clarifications/exceptions, and handover.

Participates in and coordinates concept/strategy meetings with Global Product Line, Systems Engineering, and Field Development resources to establish best technical and/or commercial solutions to be tendered.
Following Regional Central Tender Team (CTT) kick-off meeting, compiles product-line specific tender input and hosts Product Line Tender Strategy and/or Product Line Tender Kick-off meeting(s), which act(s) to mobilize the Product Line Tender Execution team.
During Product Line Tender Strategy/Kick-off Meetings, communicates clear requirements (both internal and external) and establishes a tender timeline to which the Product Line Tender Execution team can execute within the timeline required by the Customer and Regional Central Tender Team.
Works closely with Regional Product Line Engineering/Project Management, Global Product Delivery Teams (PDT), and Third Party Subcontractors to develop a comprehensive, detailed, and accurate Product Line Tender Package, including commercial/technical write-ups, risk assessment, schedule, and cost.
Consolidates all inputs into a cohesive Product Line Tender Package for submission to Regional Central Tender Team (CTT) and Systems Engineering or assists with consolidation if deliverable hand-over is staggered over time.
Benchmarks, refines, reviews, and presents the Product Line Tender Package; explains technical solution, costs, resources required, proposed delivery, and assumptions.
Once Product Line Tender Package is approved, supports Regional Central Tender Team, Account Managers, and Portfolio Team for post bid customer clarifications and negotiations.
Upon award, handover Product Line Tender Package to the Regional Product Line execution team and completes required handover checklist to enable a clean-start for the project.
Develops and updates processes and templates used in the Product Line Tender Process to standardize and improve the efficiency of the Tender Process; includes working with Global Tender Product Line Manager network.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience.
At least two years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrates effective leadership ability within a matrixed team environment and contributes significantly to the team's performance.

Hot water heating systems

Under the supervision of the Facilities Management Team, the Control Room Tender is responsible for assisting with all end user requests including: creating service tickets in the HotSOS program, staffing of the Facilities Control Room around the clock to serve as a centralized dispatch center for the Facilities Department. The Tender manages and tracks tbe service orders along with the call off logs, and provides around the clock monitoring for all critical Casino building systems including the Casino Fire Alarm Panel Building Automation System, and Emegency Generator Enunciators. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in promoting brand loyalty by engaging in exceptional customer service to both our external and internal customers.
Manages Fire Systems consisting of: establishing communication with the Fire Panel service vendor to place system in and out of bypass. Communicates with Surveillance, DPS, Fire Marshal, Safety & Loss Control, and other key departments in regards to any action with the Fire Systems. Engages in the fire drill and executing emergency evacuation plan protocol. Monitors, tracks, and responds to Trouble, Supervisory, and/or Alarm events activated on the Fire Alarm System Panel. Our Staunton, VA facility to looking for a Roll Tender Feeders for our Printing area, specifically on 1st shift (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). This position will be responsible for assisting the Pressman in operating and maintaining the printing press efficiently, safely and accurately.
Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Ability to read and interpret job jacket information on upcoming jobs on production schedule.
Responsible for locating sheeted board and comparing label on skid with job jacked to ensure correct material.
Operates pallet jack to move skids from raw material warehouse to press room.
Loads skids of sheeted board on press conveyer and maintains conveyer during entire production run.
Responds to Pressman with any special request during press make ready, monitors press feed during press runs.
Responsible for filling all press chemicals, loading inks, putting away inks when done with job and refilling process inks on press shelf when needed.
Understand the importance of environmental responsibilities and proper disposal of press waste.
Responsible for ensuring all used rags are disposed of in rag bin and that the lid remain closed
Removes any full AQ/Fountain solution flush water drums from press to Non-Hazardous waste staging area.
Ensures that any new drum used to collect waste at the press are properly labeled
Responsible for cleaning ink knives, cleaning ink fountains, cleaning water buckets, cleaning any coater spills, cleaning washer blades and keeping the press area in a clean state, as well as emptying all garbage bins in press area.
Responsible for picking up used rags and gloves in press area, changing rag bag when full and maintaining stack of clean rags for use on the press.
Assists the pressman in any maintenance of the press.
Follows all company safety requirements
Comply with all company rules and regulations
Performs other duties as required to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the Company.

Efficiently operating roll stand and auto splicer logging rolls and returning excess stock to inventory
Assisting and provide back up for crew members as needed
Maintaining inventory of supplies for daily production needs
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Ability to see and clearly identify all aspects of the color spectrum
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 2 or 3 days per week including weekends
Other duties as assigned

The individual is responsible for the safe performance of the ladle slidegate operations, tundish slidegate operations, use of hand torches, oxygen lances, monitoring caster strands and lifting of supplies. This individual will ensure that all caster equipment if functional and collaborate with maintenance personnel for problem analysis and resolution.
The individual is expected to participate in caster projects and provide input as requested. The individual will be expected to have the ability to manage upset conditions to maintain the safest possible working environment, working alone at times.
The employee is responsible for his/ her safety and housekeeping throughout the shop.
