Job Description
The Parts Washer ensures that all machinery and equipment is thoroughly clean.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Washes containers, vessels, utensils, processing equipment and parts
Ensures that residual material is removed and that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned
Rinses washed equipment thoroughly to remove soap residue
Stores clean equipment in a manner that prevents contamination
Labels cleaned equipment with identification that indicates the equipment is clean and the expiration of the clean status
Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and/or cGMP guidelines
Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced
Note: This is a 3rd Shift Opportunity. Hours are 11:00pm
7:30am, Sunday
Thursday, Overnights. There is a shift differential for this role. Qualifications

POSITION DETAILS – Small Parts Cell Operator – 2nd Shift
Position Summary
To machine a wide variety of work involving such processes as sawing, turning, facing, boring drilling, reaming, tapping, threading, slotting, grooving, keywaying, contouring, forming, milling, grinding, honing, deburring, washing, and preserving of parts. This is to be performed within the typical tolerance range specified.
Principal Activities
Be able to operate N/C bar turret lathe, engine lathe, surface grinder, drill press, milling machine, deburring tools, lift truck, and other necessary equipment to include hoist-operated cranes and other lifting equipment.
Work from verbal or written instructions. Read and work to complex blueprints, sketches, with or without route tag instructions.
Establish proper operation sequence by review of routing methods available, drawing or sketches provided, and set-up sheets.
Select and set up work-holding fixtures, collets, jaws, block, and clamps, as required. Layout parts as necessary. Position part or parts to be machined on table or in chuck jaws using lifting equipment as needed.
Machine a variety of complicated work including new and the most intricate and difficult jobs, producing unusual and complex shapes and dimensions. Machine such parts as small castings, forgings, weldments, bar stock, and tubing. This may be performed by operating multiple machines at one time to overlap sequence of operations. In most cases, operator will complete finish part from rough material.
Use precision measuring instruments such as verniers, dial bore gages, plug gages, height gages, standard and special gages in order to maintain close tolerances and dimensions as required. Inspect and chart pieces as required. Perform first, in-process, and last-piece inspection on parts machined by other operators within the cell and department.
Recognize and immediately correct, without assistance, any machining difficulties and errors, or cause to have corrected, if fault is due, to the machine tools, equipment, or material.
Remove burrs and sharp edges, mark, etch, stamp, identify, wash, preserve, and protect parts as directed.
Perform above duties without assistance except on unusual or difficult jobs only. Consistently produce work of proper quality and of properly required quantity.

Use of mathematics together with the use of complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables; various types of precision measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
