The person is responsible to draw pattern on primary and secondary looms. Drawing pattern involves building harnesses and drop wire assembly. Furthermore, it requires the analytical ability to calculate and formulate the correct pattern design.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duties includes but not limited to
Be able to strip heddles of harness frames and clean the frames;
Have the ability to analyze the condition of the frame parts and replace any frame parts as needed;
Keep harness frame replacement parts (new and used) organized;
Must know how to assemble harness frames and install heddles (primary and secondary). Also, design the pattern with the respect to heddles and dividers balanced for the warp-ends to be aligned correctly.
Draw the pattern (drop wires, primary and secondary heddles and reeds) correctly and efficiently.
Strip contact wires from contact bars, clean the contact bars and organize testing of proper functioning of the bars;
Install contact bars with drop wires in looms;
Set the fames in the loom and connect the lifting plates with precision.
Reports to the Backing Technical Manager
Authority and Accountabilities:
The authority and accountability includes being responsible for quality workmanship of patterns, keeping the work area clean and organized, and getting the loom ready with finished patterns in a timely manner.
Must be able to withstand and work in cramped and hot environment.
Must be able observe all PPE rules and regulations.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

As our Print and Pattern Developer, you will manage the allover material print development process from initial concept through to commercialization. Optical Pattern Operator/ 2Nd Shift / Orlando, FL
Description:Sets up, operates and adjusts a variety of photolithographic production equipment used to perform required operations and tests on production parts with optical patterns. Additionally sets up and operates manual, and computer controlled equipment, such as coat, deposition, cleaning, and similar photolithographic equipment used in optical applications.
Works under general direction and from production schedules, manufacturing procedures, process, and written or oral instruction. Use knowledge of photolithographic process to perform production of optical patterned parts.
Operates and carefully adjusts parts and materials into fixture with proper alignment for operations.
Use manual and computer controlled equipment to apply pattern and deposition masks on optical parts to ensure proper placement of materials.
Works in cleanroom with delicate optical components which are highly sensitive, precise and require special handling.
Performs metal lift off and etch processes to create micron sized features.
Uses gages, microscope, electronic instruments and small tools to check dimensions, handle materials and prepare parts for subsequent operations.
For processing of optical patterned parts; uses small hand tools, scales and measures, mixes materials for processes according to production specifications. Set up certain processing units according to process specifications and instructions. Processes performed are one or more of the following: acid and solvent cleaning, coating, baking, etching, exposing, developing, stripping and aligning. We're looking for a product designer with 5+ years experience working within agile teams in a collaborative environment to evolve our corporate website and pattern library. You'll work closely with key stakeholders in marketing to drive the corporate site forward as well as working across the product portfolio to standardize design into usable components. The ideal candidate would act as a strong voice for the user while still able to prioritize business goals to arrive at high-value design solutions. In many cases the individual in this role will be called on to explain concepts to marketers, physicians, and engineers, many of whom are new to the concepts of user centered design. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and track down user feedback, whether it's by analyzing data to identify patterns or by facilitating conversations with users.
