Marker Operations Analyst (Corporate)

The primary responsibility of the Marker Operations Analyst is to analyze the trends and financials data on casino patrons across the company. Key in developing strategies for mining data from different company data base systems to allow for a review of Marker Limits on patron's deposit, play and payment patterns and use of licensed third party data base systems to assist the Marketing Executives and Senior management in marker limit approval. The analyst is to work with Corporate Compliance and create a standardized reporting structure throughout the company. All duties are to be performed in accordance with MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.
Provide recommendation to senior management on casino patrons and payment transactions to which the company should file Know Your Customer ("KYC") report on a daily basis.
Use of public records research for patron's financial stability/history and source of funds.
Establish and prioritized investigation subjects for the management team of the department.
Assist with the development/enhancement to the threshold for high value patron review.
Use of Lexis Nexis/World Check and D&B reports to analyze patron data.
Work closely with Corporate Compliance in in developing standardized reporting structure.
Service as a key resource for Casino Departments in addressing Marker Operations Reports.
Research data/trends and implements courses of action to protect fraud and to reduce risk and maximize revenues.
Create and run analysis on arrival reports, exception and Affidavit reports on a daily basis.
Prepare and distribute existing Casino Credit report to management on a regular basis.
Create and run analysis on credit forecast and marker limit issuance on a regular basis.
Assists VP, Executive Director and Credit Management in creating details reports to inquiries from Casino Marketing Senior Executives.
Work closely with Casino Marketing Finance in optimizing the execution of the company's Marker Limit strategy.
Maintains a working knowledge or relevant gaming issues and regulations on Know Your Customer ("KYC").
Assist in developing and coordinating compliance training materials/program.
Protect the confidentiality of company documents and files.
Perform other job related duties as requested.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or IT or related fields or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years Casino Credit Analyst or Casino Marketing experience or equivalent.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manages the pattern creation process for innovative and complex footwear in collaboration with Creation Center teams (Design, Marketing, Brand Operations), Sourcing and T1. Trains and consults product development teams and T1 on pattern creation process.
Manages the development of basic and model patterns, and the pattern creation of fully graded technically innovative basic and fit critical model patterns in cooperation with X-functional partners based on market requirements; maintains the information in the product creation system and ensures that new patterns are wear tested as needed
Under the guidance of a Team Leader leads x-functional pattern and fit presentations
Consults with fit related issues when exceptions occur in Product Development teams
Applies grading rules to ensure consistency in fit and contributes actively in terms of fit/principle pattern guidelines
Understands and considers relationship between pattern/material usage/yields during pattern creation as it relates to margins
Supports Sr. Manager Pattern Footwear on working out training plans and manuals for the global pattern teams as well as for x-functional teams
Works on an ongoing basis on new solutions to reach creative pattern goals, by using new methods and systems and/or new constructions

Maintenance Lead Technician - Raised Pavement Marker Crew
The Washington State Department of Transportation's (WSDOT) Olympic Region Traffic Office has an exciting opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional to lead the Region-wide Raised Pavement Marker Crew (RPM) as a Maintenance Lead Technician. This experienced technician will lead by example and have a personal commitment to safety while providing critical support and guidance to our pavement marking operations. The RPM Lead Technician supervises eight technicians and manages the daily operations to include installation, removal, and the maintenance of RPM's. This position will perform the following work:
Lead, schedule, work alongside crew members in the removal and installation of pavement markings.
Determine replacement needs for RPM's region wide and oversee inventory control.
Perform the layout and prep work for the installation of pavement markings.
Assist with maintaining of signs and sign structures and highway striping operations.
Operate trucks to 26,000 Gross Vehicle Weights (GVW) equipped and other related highway maintenance equipment.
Be responsible for records and reports of personnel, equipment, inventory and materials.
Work in areas of high traffic volume while safely executing and monitoring single and /or multi-lane closures (this includes flagging and moving operation closures on state routes using VMS boards, signing, barrels, and cones).
Work overtime with short notice, contingency scheduling, stand-by and call-out for emergencies.
The ability to travel and night work region-wide performing installation and removal of pavement markers.
Provide support to roadway maintenance crews during major storm events.
An ideal candidate for this position is required to have one of the following:
Two (2) years of experience in Highway construction, Pavement marking experience, or Highway maintenance work.
Two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician 2, Bridge/Maintenance Specialist 2 or equivalent.
One (1) year of experience as a Maintenance Technician 3, Maintenance Specialist 3.
An ideal candidate for this position will also have:
A Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A with endorsement N and without air brakes restriction or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
A valid Traffic Control Flagger Card with experience in traffic control including planning, setting signs, and flagging.
The ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of data entry, Access and Excel data basis is desired.
Ability to move and transport objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds in a safe manner.

Description:Sets up, operates and adjusts a variety of photolithographic production equipment used to perform required operations and tests on production parts with optical patterns. Additionally sets up and operates manual, and computer controlled equipment, such as coat, deposition, cleaning, and similar photolithographic equipment used in optical applications.
Works under general direction and from production schedules, manufacturing procedures, process, and written or oral instruction. Use knowledge of photolithographic process to perform production of optical patterned parts.
Operates and carefully adjusts parts and materials into fixture with proper alignment for operations.
Use manual and computer controlled equipment to apply pattern and deposition masks on optical parts to ensure proper placement of materials.
Works in cleanroom with delicate optical components which are highly sensitive, precise and require special handling.
Performs metal lift off and etch processes to create micron sized features.
Uses gages, microscope, electronic instruments and small tools to check dimensions, handle materials and prepare parts for subsequent operations.
For processing of optical patterned parts; uses small hand tools, scales and measures, mixes materials for processes according to production specifications. Set up certain processing units according to process specifications and instructions. Processes performed are one or more of the following: acid and solvent cleaning, coating, baking, etching, exposing, developing, stripping and aligning.
