Prepare reports.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior seller-doer and management experience with 10-15 years of progressive successful career growth required.
Industry Registration/Licensure (RRO, RRC, RWC, PE, SE, NCARB, AIA, etc.) preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is desired
Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification is preferred.
Must be able to read project specifications and drawings.
Must be a good communicator and a team player.

Building Envelope Observer
Overview
The Building Envelope Observer will be expected to support the Raba Kistner Roofing/Waterproofing Inspection, Surveys, Design and Consulting capabilities.
The Building Envelope Observer will be responsible for contributing to the Facilities Services profit center through active participation in projects and interfacing with clients. This will be accomplished by acting as a Project Roofing/Waterproofing Observer on inspection, construction administration and design teams for property developers, public and private sector owners, institutional entities, consulting engineers, contractors, materials suppliers, financial institutions and insurance companies.
Operationally, the Building Envelope Observer will assist in client development and project duties, ranging from roofing/waterproofing observations and reports, roofing and waterproofing condition surveys. He will support the firm's objectives of meeting our clients' needs and expectations in a timely manner while achieving his individual utilization targets and the Unit's profit objectives.
Additionally, the Building Envelope Observer will provide other activities as needed by the Building Envelope Consulting Services Group, including field and office duties, CADD support, report and graphic preparation.
Responsibilities
TECHNICAL:
Serves as Building Envelope Observer on roofing/waterproofing consulting and design work
Performs roofing and waterproofing field testing and observation services
Analyzes field data, laboratory test results, and performs calculations necessary for completion of technical reports
Submits draft roofing/waterproofing observation reports for review and final reports for co-signature by senior staff members
Reviews design and survey documents as needed
Other duties as assigned by Direct Report
FINANCIAL:
Reviews pre-billing invoices as required
Within the first six-month period, achieve average utilization goal of not less that 85 percent
LEGAL:
- Notifies Direct Report, Director, and Manager of Building Envelope Consulting Services of all potential disputes that may lead to legal claims or litigation
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of roofing/waterproofing observations, design and contract administration
Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) designation preferred, but nor required
Ability to travel to project sites and maneuver over rough and uneven terrain
Good verbal communication skills to successfully interact with clients and staff
Good verbal communication and comprehension skills are a necessity to prevent costly and time-consuming problems
Good written communication skills for preparing proposals, reports, and other technical documents
Good organizational skills to utilize firm resources efficiently and effectively
Possess valid Texas driver's license and meet company's auto insurability requirements
Walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and repeated bending as needed while working on job sites
Heavy lifting and carrying (45+ lbs) of tools and equipment
Ability to comply with attendance and tardiness requirements as noted in the most current edition of the Corporate Policy Manual
Working Conditions:
Works in a normal office environment, and works outside subjected to job site weather conditions, including rooftop work

Director Of Marketing - Envelope
Job Summary
The Director of Marketing - Envelope will be reporting into the President of the Cenveo Envelope Group. The position will provide ownership and expertise in the development of all internal and external Cenveo Envleope communications. The position will employ both the use of internal and external resources to ensure that the message of the Cenveo Group is captured in the voice of the Management team. As this is a new role to Cenveo, the leader will be tasked with performing an intial needs assessment. Based on this needs assessment the leader will be need to both develop and manage appropriate budget needed to support a cohesive marketing communications program.

Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move heavy weight.
