Interpret blueprints and fabricate items based on the designs and tolerances set forth in the production artwork to meet company QA standards within prescribed timelines.
Possess a working knowledge of hand forging of steel punches, chasing tools, snaring irons and stakes. The ability to use chasing liners, punches and engravers is required during complex fabrication practices.
Detailed focus on the organization of work instructions, drawings and notes.
Participate in the bidding process, manufacturing and design reviews and product signoffs. Verify and record daily all individual production time spent on Production Work Orders, Development Work Orders, Engineering Work Orders and Tooling Work Orders.
2 + years of metal fabrication experience
The ability to effectively communicate in English is essential

Primary Job Function:
Run the product clean line
Pressure test all required tubes, ducts & manifolds
Bead blast product
In process visual inspection to a check fixture
Polishing and basic blending of product
Assist packing & shipping when production peaks
Serve as a backup to deliver parts locally via the company van
Other duties as assigned
Position is up tempo and detail oriented
Valid driver's license
Must be able to show proof of legally ability to work in United States
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
Must be able to pass FAA Drug and Federal background check
Relocation will NOT be available for this position. Local candidates ONLY.
