The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Clinical Laboratory Technician / Technologist- NY State License Required
Responsible for greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting a series of registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assists qualified donors in completing the screening process. The screening procedures includes but are not limited to: assessing the self-administered health history, answering basic medical questions associated with the donation process, referring donors to medical staff when appropriate and performing health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature. Performs finger stick to obtain sample to obtain donor's hematocrit and total protein levels. Reads and documents hematocrit and total protein results.
Upon completion of the appropriate training, may educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma. This includes explaining the screening process, the health screening tests performed, the appointment system, donation fees, center policies, proper nutrition and any other information pertinent to the donor. Ensures that all donor questions are answered timely, accurately and professionally.
May be involved in registering applicant and transfer donors based upon completion of appropriate training and operational needs of the center.
May answer the telephone and answer callers question or transfer call to appropriate staff member.
Maintains alertness and awareness to any reaction by a donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.

The N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services provides services that promote and improve agriculture, agribusiness and forests; protect consumers and businesses; and conserve farmland and natural resources for the prosperity of all North Carolinians. The Department employs approximately 2000 employees.
Duties are to provide clinical support for diagnosis of foreign and domestic animal diseases by molecular based methods. This position is to support state efforts for increased foreign animal disease surveillance, particularly high pathogenicity avian influenza and classical swine fever.
Applicants must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail as mandatory. Individuals must be able to follow directions well, be effective team workers and have experience in quality control for laboratory testing. Position will work in a BSL3 laboratory and must observe all procedural guidelines for laboratory operation. Must be available on an emergency basis in a disease crisis.

Summary of Major Responsibilities
The Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Training Coordinator provides services of technical nature in the laboratory service areas. This position is primarily responsible for training employees to the technical processes of the clinical laboratory. The Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Training Coordinator is responsible for presenting training material, demonstrating processes, verifying trainees are using proper technique and following all procedures, completing and filing all related training paperwork. The Training Coordinator works directly with the Clinical Laboratory Manager and Clinical Lab Training Specialist to anticipate and address training needs in the clinical laboratory. Additionally, performs complex laboratory tests in the clinical laboratory to provide physicians with rapid and accurate laboratory test results. Specific duties also include; processing of specimens in the laboratory, performance of moderate, and highly complex analytical process, establishing performing and documenting quality assurance, quality control and equipment maintenance, recognizing problems and assisting the Clinical Laboratory Manager in identifying causes, confirming and verifying results, principles, and instruments, correlating and interpreting data based on knowledge of factors affecting test results, data handling and input, answering the telephone.
This position is primarily Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with the expectation of flexing time as business need dictates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs moderate, and/or highly complex analytic processes without direct supervision. Laboratory Director Position: Oversees wide variety of administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to ensure the efficient operation of the clinical laboratory and compliance with corporate policies. ??Responsible for the quality control program, quality assurance, and the point of care testing programs within the clinical laboratory.
Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the work of the clinical laboratory and coordinating it with other areas of the hospital. ??Responsible for all personnel including hiring, discipline, staff development, evaluation, payroll. ??Acts as technical supervisor for clinical laboratory functions off site and owned by the hospital. ??Assures the laboratory meets all regulatory requirements(CAP, AABB, JCAHO, CLIA, etc.). Must have experience in 200+ bed size facility. Job Requirements Education: ??BachelOR's degree in Medical Technology or biological or chemical science preferred. ??Masters degree highly desired.?? Experience: ??Minimum of yearsmanagement experience required. Licenses/Certificates: ??M(ASCP) or equivalent preferred.
