Position Title: Maintenance & Repair Specialist
The Maintenance & Repair Specialist is responsible for maintaining Prologue's properties in Baltimore and Carroll Counties. The Maintenance & Repair Specialist must be willing to take on a variety of tasks including minor plumbing repairs, minor carpentry, Handyman repairs, and drywall repairs.
Other work includes lawn work, carrying equipment, moving furniture and residents' belongings, disposing of furniture and trash, pressure washing and painting. The Specialist will be responsible for cleaning up work spaces, transporting equipment and tools and assisting others as needed. Knowledge of and skills in performing basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment repairs and painting required.
Schedule: Full time and must be available to work on-call for emergency repairs in the residences. This person reports to the Senior Maintenance & Repair Specialist
Required Education, Knowledge and Skill Abilities to Perform Essential Job Functions: Person must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience in HVAC, or plumbing, a plus. A valid driver's license with one point or less, and ability to drive a pick-up truck required. Ability to perform diverse maintenance and repair tasks independently and as a team member is required.
This position requires engaging in physical labor, lifting and carrying heavy equipment such as ladders and crawling in tight spaces to make plumbing repairs. The ability to engage in fine motor skills is also required, such as resetting locks. The successful employee displays respect, and compassion for adults living with mental illness.

Position Title: Peer Support Specialist

Provide peer support during Martylog - Wellness and Recovery Center (WRC) hours. Assist with the operations of the WRC. Assist in providing a welcoming, positive environment conducive to learning and expanding an individual's social network and natural supports. The Patient Services Representative is responsible for greeting in a courteous and professional manner all incoming patients, visitors, physicians, vendors or other individuals. The person in this position is responsible for registering patients and coordinating with back-office personnel for timely turnaround.
