We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to advance our leading-edge Avoke call analytics software and services solutions to a next stage of maturity and accelerated growth. This opportunity is eligible to work at our sites in either Woburn, MA; Chicago, IL; Scotts Valley, CA; or Omaha, NE (remote work may be possible). This role aligns within our Customer Experience (CX) product team, responsible for managing a portfolio of customer engagement products serving enterprise commercial, utilities, healthcare and education markets.
This position will be directly responsible for managing Avoke product line including software and professional services. Avoke is a SaaS software platform featuring call capture, interaction browser and dialog analytics tools that help enterprise customers identify common engagement patterns and optimize voice and chat interactions at scale. The role interacts with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Tech Operations across all West Business lines.
Our ideal candidate will be a deep subject matter expert in call center software, IVR and/or communications technology. They should be informed, conversant and interested in leading-edge speech and data science topics; comfortable with agile development and software delivery in cloud-based infrastructure and be able to quickly identify high value product improvements in the domain. Experience working with Google, Microsoft, Amazon Lex or IBM Watson speech and dialog flow-tools is valuable, as well as previous work experience with digital speech recognition products, chatbots or products that support two-way, omni-channel interaction (voice and chat). Confidence and communication skills are paramount in this role, along with the ability to be a true product evangelist.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with enterprise customers who utilize call centers, interactive voice processing (IVR), natural language processing, web and SMS-based intelligent chat bots to identify needs and opportunities for new products and product enhancements within West's Customer Experience solution portfolio
Evaluate competitive solutions and market opportunities; write and present business cases to fund investment for new products and major enhancements in the solution domain
Serve as the internal and external evangelist and deep SME for Avoke voice and dialog analytics solutions, occasionally working directly with key customers
Work with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategy, ensure launch readiness, communicate product positioning and key benefits, target customers and customer needs
Define pricing and monitor margin performance for typically large enterprise customer contracts that include software license, professional services and telephony transaction components
Prioritize enhancements and partner with development to create and deploy solution capabilities with agile development teams following Scaled Agile Framework
Understand and plan for cloud technology infrastructure growth capacity in US and international data centers for application products in the portfolio in conjunction with network infrastructure teams
Provide technical product thought leadership in AI, machine learning and natural language processing domains applied to voice and text-based interactions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Minimum two years of product management experience required
Product management experience with software, voice, and speech recognition products preferred
The following experience is highly preferred:
5 years supporting call center products, such as IVRs, agent desktop tools, or analytics for large call centers
5 years developing business cases, pricing, ROI for call center engagements
5 years understanding product user workflows to inform product requirements
Ability to discover, understand and clearly document customer concerns and requirements

Retail Non- Deposit Investment Product (RNDIP) Committee operates through the Consumer Banking sub-line of business (JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.) of its Consumer & Community Banking line of business, a Retail Non-Deposit Investment Product (RNDIP) sales Program, through which it permits bank affiliates (JPMorgan Securities, LLC (JPMS) and Chase Insurance Agency (CIA)) to provide investment products and services to Bank customers in designated areas of the Bank's branches. The Program is designed to comply with the requirements of the Interagency Statement on Retail Sales of Non-deposit Investment Products, which the OCC has explained and expanded upon in its January 2015 Comptroller's Handbook on Retail Non-deposit Investment Products.
The Retail Non-Deposit Investment Products Oversight Committee ("Committee") is a committee of the Bank and oversees the Bank's RNDIP Program with various committees escalating into RNDIP.
Control Management (CM) maintains a strong and consistent control environment across the firm. With Control Managers appointed for each Line of Business, Function and Region, there is a comprehensive coverage and joint accountability model with the business executive that promotes early operational risk identification and assessment, effective design and evaluation of controls and sustainable solutions to mitigate operational risk.

Leading API Platform Advancements for Digital
Supports a cross-functional team capable of championing and communicating the needs and benefits of the Marriott API platforms.

This role will be supporting our West Safety Services product portfolio within our carrier services line of business. This is a diverse team with Product Managers located in Longmont as well as Montreal, QC and Vancouver, BC. These products support 9-1-1 crisis and location needs as well as notification technologies for enterprise and education.
