The Style Advisor (SA) demonstrates selling behaviors consistent with the current selling model and happily engages both mom and girl to create a positive customer experience. Demonstrates company values by working cooperatively with others. Approaches work with positive intent and has the ability to properly communicate and interact with associates and customers. Completes tasks as assigned.

About the Job
Nexant is looking for a Senior Distribution Planning and Analysis Engineer who will lead distribution-related consulting services offered to our utility and project developer clients. The Senior Distribution Planning and Analysis Engineer should also have prior experience in distribution system engineering and operations, as well as interconnecting distributed energy resources (DERs) such as distributed PV and energy storage to the distribution system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strong technical understanding of planning and operations of distribution systems, as well as power industry fundamentals and practices
Experience in distribution planning, engineering, operations and capital budgeting
Experience using distribution modeling and simulation software such as CYME, ETAP, WindMil, ArcGIS for steady state power flow, voltage, short circuit and other calculations
Experience with development and use of distribution reliability performance metrics (SAIDI, SAIFI, etc.)
Experience with interconnecting Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) such as distributed PV and energy storage and performing hosting capacity studies
Experience with the high-level design of electrical systems associated with DERs and micro grids, including developing one-line diagrams and high-level cost estimates.
Knowledge of technical characteristics of DERs such as battery storage, rooftop PV solar, EVSE, smart inverters and micro grids
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to DERs such as IEEE 1547
Knowledge and experience with reliability and resiliency improvement programs is a plus
Knowledge of transmission planning and analysis is a plus

In accordance with state and federal regulations, performs data entry and patient registration. Responsible for resolution of third party rejects and responding to high volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. Included in these opportunites is that of Principal Analog IC Design Engineer. Microchip Technology currently has an opening for an exciting career in the MCU32 Business Unit. In this role as an Analog CMOS Design Engineer, you will work on complex analog peripherals for our next generation of PIC32 microcontroller products. You will have the opportunity for active participation in a team environment, as well as the chance to interface with other design engineers, layout designers, architecture applications, and product engineers.
Desired Abilities Include:
Have produced successful designs in advanced technology nodes
Experience in data converters, regulators, and other power management functions
Bandgaps, Regulators, Switched Mode Power Supply, PMIC related Experience is highly desirable
MSEE required, and at least 10 years experience of relevant design experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to successfully collaborate in a global design team is essential
