The Recruiter has a key role in the Kenaitze Indian Tribe recruitment and hiring process. This position is responsible for advertising vacant positions, recruiting qualified & talented candidates, maintaining all recruitment files and on-boarding of all new hires. The Recruiter will communicate regularly with hiring supervisors and candidates.
Process recruitment requisitions to include obtaining appropriate approvals.
Report the progress on job vacancies on a regular basis, communicates early warnings and provides regular feedback & advice about the performance of the recruitment process.

Develop and maintain networks and relationships to find qualified candidates.
Maintain resumes and interview notes.
Manages recruitment data and analytics and provide reports as requested.
Coordinate pre-employment screenings and conduct background checks ensuring candidates are eligible for employment.
Ensures all new hire on-boarding processes are completed.
Enter new hire information in the payroll, timekeeping and HRIS systems.
Create personnel and medical files.
Maintain candidate applications inside designated Applicant Tracking System.
Attend job fairs.

Ascertain recruitment requirements by evaluating organizational development plans.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
