The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution, schedule, quality, safety and financial success of assigned projects.
All applicants must be willing to travel. Must Have: ? Bachelor?s Degree required. Preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, or other related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience in large facility construction ? All projects are from the ground up ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints. ? Familiarity of building codes and their application. ? Knowledge of material handling equipment, industrial HVAC systems, and electrical systems. ? Ability to travel for extended periods of time ? usually 2-3 months on one project.
Key Responsibilities: ? The Construction Project Manager is responsible for monitoring engineering and permitting process prior to start of construction. ? Oversee labor personnel on project, coordinating any activities with the Superintendent. ? Develop and manage project schedules at least 3 weeks out and continue to monitor and update the project schedule as needed. ? Maintain equipment log of construction rental equipment ? Asset Protection Specialist
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.
Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. They must demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.

Keep hands away for all moving parts of the Warper.
Confer with previous shift as to work-in-progress and any other instructions given.
Verify that any instructions match the production order paperwork.
Place cones on the creel pegs, splice into the new yarn lot.
Remove cones from creel and pack-out yarn onto buggies. Properly identify the yarn, count cones and place an identifying sticker on top of cones. Also identify if this is an End-of-LOT. Tie up any loose ends of yarn before packing out.
Roll the yarn buggy to the Wrapping Station.
Creeler will be expected to learn to run Warper, to give breaks and fill in as Operator as needed.
Confer with Warper Operator and Yarn Handler as to next Production Orders for machines.
Place cones of yarn on creel pegs, repeat the process outlined above.
Consistently watch the creel/machine for any run-ability or quality issues.
Notify Yarn Handler of next scheduled order to be processed.
Maintain good housekeeping practices. Work aisles must be kept free of debris.
Any other job related duties assigned by Supervisor.
Confer with incoming shift as to work-in-progress and any other work instructions given.

Follow startup/shutdown procedures and start up/shut down equipment
Follow and complete all processing check off sheets to ensure proper processing

Enter production and produce tickets for material via use of computer, scan gun, and printer
