This request for Temporary personnel is to support our Client Center Help Desk Field Deployment Team in the Toledo, Ohio office. The immediate request is for an analyst with some networking experience to facilitate and maintain networking connectivity for multiple facilities. The contracts are currently staffed with a combination of full time Hexagon employees and temporary contractor personnel. Additional staff with the same skill sets and at the same rate may be requested as changing requirements dictate.

The primary duties of the Roadside Assistance Club Fleet Supervisor are:
Assist RA Club Fleet Management with the effective operation of AAA Mid-Atlantic Club Fleet location(s), providing leadership to the RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch and administrative staff, ensure staffing levels and sales goals are met or exceeded.
Responsible for investigating and resolving claims including, but not limited to, service delays, operator demeanor, service charges, mechanical repairs and vehicle damage from AAA Members and customers, ensuring all such issues are handled promptly in accordance with corporate and AAA standards.
Deliver extraordinary customer service to AAA members, RAP customers, and other AAA Mid-Atlantic customers. Supervise assigned Club Fleet Associates and operation efficiently to ensure that productivity measurements for revenue, sales and contractor expense savings off-sets expense bottom line of profit and loss statements.
Supervise driver activities, provide coaching and training; maintain time records and staff schedules. Coordinate with RA Dispatch and Training to ensure day to day business decisions are in line with division objectives. Ensure that vehicles assigned to fleet are maintained in safe operating condition and that operating systems function as designed by the manufacturer and that routine maintenance schedules are adhered to and maintained.
Schedule:Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 12:00am(occasional weekends and holidays required)
Associate's degree with major course work in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
Five (5) years' work experience in an automotive or dispatch environment or five (5) years of experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service or sales role or the combination of automotive/mechanical and customer service/sales experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and business line technologies including MS Word, Excel, & Roadside Assistance call receiving and dispatching systems.
Satisfactory completion of nationally recognized towing certification program such as the International Institute of Towing and Recovery (IITR) and Battery, Battery Warranty, Battery Sales and On-the-Go training classes in accordance with timelines established by AAA Mid-Atlantic and AAA National Quality Standard 2.
Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver s License, supplemented by a satisfactory driving record and ability to operate passenger vehicles and trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.
Ability to work in inclement weather, warehouse environments, and work with corrosive chemicals.

This will be a FULL TIME - direct hire position.
Preferably candidates with prior utility locating experience in the Toledo area but also open to anyone who has field experience and is trainable.
Applicant will work as a member of a survey crew and will be responsible for collecting data while utilizing the newest Trimble RTK/GPS and underground utility locating equipment. Each team member will work alongside a crew of instrument operators and survey party chiefs collecting geospatial positional data, as well as attribute information on existing gas distribution lines using Trimble RTK/GPS equipment coupled with SPAR utility locating technology.
