Cryogenic Trailer Maintenance Technician - Garland, TX
Under minimal supervision, a candidate must be proficient with troubleshooting, repairs and Preventative Maintenance on Cryogenic Tanker Trailers. This position will also be required to perform basic preventative and predictive maintenance activities on distribution related equipment at an Air Separation Facility. This position requires a well-rounded individual willing to be trained to perform all duties in accordance with prescribed safety, regulatory, and standard operating policies and procedures, good interpersonal skills, excellent mechanical skills and good communications with upper management and our Logistics Department. The candidate must have good clerical skills and be familiar with navigating spreadsheets and databases. Principal Responsibilities: * Uses a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical/electrical equipment installed in the fleet. * Follow SMP/SOP's within an ISO/QA/PSM/RMP site * Disassembly/assembly of rotating equipment, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, etc. to repair/replace bearings, gears, seals, structural components and the like. * Ability to read and understand blueprints. * Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems. Additional Responsibilities: * Safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all rotating equipment and associated mechanical systems including compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, boiler systems, valves, and ability to perform equipment alignments. * Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), plan and execute maintenance activities including procurement of parts, supervision of maintenance tasks, and completion of all follow up required documentation. * Complete some repairs of mechanical piping systems including threaded and welded pipe systems. * Other duties as required * Complete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities. Patient Care Technician
The Patient Care Technician, under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, assists with providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients with renal failure. This position performs duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse and Registered Nurse. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. * Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders. * Perform duties at all times under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy and procedures, applicable state and federal laws and regulations. * Use appropriate safety measures including personal protective equipment as necessary. * Clean, disinfect, and rinse dialysis machines in accordance with policy and procedures. * Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments. * Obtain pre and post treatment weights of patients per protocols. * Safely initiate and terminate dialysis treatments per center protocol, and within scope of practice and as allowed by state regulations. * Monitor patients during dialysis treatments. * Mix acids and bicarbonate according to protocol. * Complete water testing on dialysis machine at the beginning of each treatment day and as directed by the Administrator. Complete/document quality control logs throughout the day and after all treatments, as required. * Participate in staff meetings as required. Attend in-service and continuing education offerings in compliance with company policy and procedure. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. New Mexico Must have New Mexico dialysis technician certificate at time of hire OR Hired at USRC location recognized by state of New Mexico as an approved dialysis technician training program and obtain New Mexico state certification within six (6) months of successful completion of training program OR New Mexico certification of hemodialysis technician is required for out of state applicant with active state or national hemodialysis certification; must obtain New Mexico state certification prior to working as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician.
