Remote Assistant Director Of Construction
The Assistant Director of Construction will create individualized learning plans for all Project Managers and follow up with those plans for compliance and improvement. This position will ensure all individual plans are followed through and report results to Staff VP semi-annually.
In addition this role with have some Regional Project Manager responsibility for assigned projects to include the following: support all physical plant construction, renovation, restoration, and major repair programs. This is a full term permanent role for a health system with full benefits. The Director of Cardiovascular Services shall act as the expert resource and Interim Director/Manager of Invasive Cardiology Services for hospitals as requested by VP of Clinical Support Services, Division, or Senior Management. This person will provide interim leadership for assigned hospitals within the system in order to support and promote the development of the performance and the delivery of a high quality of clinical care consistent.
This leader will provide consult services to other entities regarding program development, departmental operations, quality patient care and patient safety. The key role of this position is advisor to each individual facility managing director to assist in growth planning and implementation, as it relates to buildings and facility campus. This position has responsibility to oversee other Assistant PM and Regional PM as assigned to provide guidance on project decisions and regulatory interface. A Mentoring relationship will be required.
Essential Job Duties Work closely with RVP, C-suite, RFM/DPO, FF&E and IT in the development of project scope and price. Differentiates between priority business needs and "nice-to-have???s" in order to assist in determining project priority and to resolve resource conflicts.
Works closely with user groups to learn all aspects of user requirements in order to provide effective advice and recommendation. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family; manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care; and, case manages all assigned patient clinical records.

Responsible for the education of the patient, family or other caregivers in relation to needs identified on the Plan of Care, including, but not exclusive of, medication administration, dressing changes, oxygen administration, Hospice philosophy and care of the terminally ill patient.
Works closely with other members of the Interdisciplinary Group to provide all-inclusive physical, psychosocial, educational, emotional and spiritual services including bereavement support to the patient and family to achieve the highest quality of care.
Maintains primary control and professional management of each patient and acts as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team so as to be fully aware and abreast of all clinical issues, staffing and scheduling concerns.
Reports any change in the patient’s condition to both the Attending Physician and Hospice Physician.
Maintains close contact with the patient’s family and/or significant others to provide information, support, and continuity of care.
Maintains an accurate and updated medical record, including all Interdisciplinary notes, Plans of Care, initial and on-going assessments and any other information pertinent to the care of the patient.
Performs on-going review and follow up on assigned patient clinical records to assure quality services are provided, standards of practice are followed, and compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements is met and maintained.
Practices infection control measures and standard precautions.
Makes routine supervisory visits of, and with, all other team members at least monthly.
Monitors scheduling of all staff.
Maintains a high level of knowledge pertaining to the management of pain and symptoms in the dying process.

This position is responsible for working closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles for sale, review work performed, ensure appropriate & timely sale line-up, and ensure effective operational flow working directly on the auction lot with the vehicles.
Partner with inside account administrator and department management to manage account relationships, maintaining effective communications and ensuring customer requirements are met with the physical needs of the vehicles.
Review and update condition report; approve and audit vehicle repair report. Walk all vehicles and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.
Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles.
Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems.
Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and ensure timely completion of reconditioning.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning, general auto body knowledge, etc. helpful.
Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
Satisfactory computer skills and the ability to utilize a portable terminal, brick, etc. preferred.
Effective communication and organization skills required.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service essential.

Our successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of this location and should be adept at building community relations. They will be expected to direct and lead all Funeral Home personnel and ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained to a high degree of readiness.

Achieve the location's annual financial and marketing goals.
Manage the business of the operation as if it were your own.
Maintain a motivated and dedicated staff with the skills necessary to service client family needs.
Assure that staff members understand location goals, policies and procedures.
Ensure visitations and services are conducted in a manner that exceeds the expectations of our client families and friends.
Practice and promote teamwork among location staff.
Serve as a mentor and coach to associates in addition to promoting teamwork among the staff members.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
At least 6 years of Funeral Director experience
At least 3 years of Funeral Home management experience preferred
State Funeral Service License or the ability to transfer the same from another state

The schedule for this position is 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on business need. Normal work schedules typically fall between the hours of 7AM-7PM. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
Position requires full-time training for 3 weeks. Training schedule is as follows:
Training runs Monday thru Friday 8:30a – 5:00p
- 1+ year of experience interacting with people or customers
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Cash handling experience
Customer service focus with the ability to stay positive in interactions with customers and team members
Experience offering products and services
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills including speaking clearly, succinctly, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting
Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting
